The Global 200 has been around for almost a year, and so we are about to have the first songs that reach a year on that chart. I will be keeping up a list of songs that have a year or more on that chart here and update the songs on the watch list that have been on the chart for 26 or more weeks in this thread. I only have access to the top 100 songs but if someone sends me the whole chart I will keep up the 101-200 songs as well.

Very proud of Hawái and Yoru ni Kakeru for looking like they'll make it to a year in the first year of the chart! I kinda wish there were more than two non-English songs making it to that milestone for a "global" chart but hey it's still great news for me. Maluma reps my background of Colombia and Yoasobi is just a really really good group. Since I keep track of all the different nations' performances on the global chart in the main thread for that, here's a list of every country that seems like it will have a 52-weeker to its name come next week:

Uh oh, it looks like it might finally be Savage Love's time to dip from the chart out of all the songs that have been on every week of the chart. It's so low this week that Kimbra on the ten-year-old "Somebody That I Used to Know" outranks it for New Zealand representation this week.

Having a one year barrier is not going to look that interesting for a while. 54 weeks in and still 27 songs from the original chart. A year from now you may likely see half of the top 200 at 52+ At 39 now, 100 on the chart at once in a year seems possible |
