He might need to make one of his older mixtapes available on streaming services. That will get very minimal streaming activity and some songs off it could maybe debut in those lower positions. I doubt any new album/mixtape from him will have any songs debuting in the lower half of the Hot 100 seeing as even Dark Lane Demo Tapes which was literally a tape of leaked tracks and demo recordings, had it's lowest-charting song at #52.

Another option is to just drop a 50 song album

Decided to average out all 4 of the predictors TOTC recommended (There was a fifth, but they didn't do a final prediction this week). The main points of disagreement appear to be which Kanye tracks will be big amongst each other (Jonah and Junya in particular being divisive) and which tracks will go recurrent (everyone agrees Forever After All will go, some have Heartbreak Anniversary surviving and others have Peaches surviving)
