I sadly only first listened to this in the latter half of its chart run, but I have to say this is by far the best thing I’ve heard from them and one of the most radio-friendly singles I’ve ever heard, period. That melody is insanely infectious and the production is super polished and slick, too. I’m so glad this group has made such a big comeback and I hope they can keep the momentum up with the follow-up single. What a song!

They dethrone Aldean this week on Country Airplay.

You could say this is a rare case of an act's third album doing better than their second in terms of hit singles. Have any other acts done this similar occurrence?
Also, what do you think Parmalee's next single should be?

josephmorgan - I think Eric Church is another example. ‘Chief’ was a really big album for him!

According to Gary Trust from Billboard, "Take My Name" is now being promoted to US Hot AC Radio.

Under Cool New Music for AC formats on AllAccess, and this is still at #2 on BB Country Airplay. They’ve already moved on to the next single, but this will probably be sticking around for a while.

Still on the Billboard airplay chart spending it's 21st week in the Top 10. Very impressive.

Plus it’s still gaining on hot ac, Parmalee have really gotten a phenomenal second wind to their career. They actually talked about it in a recent billboard issue.
