As many of you of you had predicted, “Loving Arms” exits next which is more or less the same position it left in its parent album rankdown. Speaking of, Wide Open Spaces had remained quite resilient thus far as it was the only album with three tracks remaining. That's no longer the case, though, as it now joins both Home and Taking the Long Way with two tracks remaining from each. While this spent the middle of its run just outside of the top 10, it briefly flirted with the top 5 early on and again towards the last quarter. Overall, though, it was a solid top 10 contender as the majority of the participants ranked this somewhere in that range. It also picked up a trio of top 5s from ccarter1023, taylor, and bboat11 who actually ranked this as his #2 song. There were three bottom 5s holding this back a bit of which SHOOTER, LBTrocks, and castleoblivion26 all placed there.

Truth #2 You get your wish as "Truth No. 2" exits next leaving "White Trash Wedding" as the lone song remaining from Home. Despite initially starting off just outside of the top 10, it would remain a contender for the remainder of its time. In fact, this all but looked like it might even make a top 5 showing until taylor came in towards the end with its only ranking outside of the 20 (and a bottom 2 at that!). Its exit comes as the expense of mamooshka 's #1 ranking, however, as well as a pair of top 2 rankings from both castleoblivion26 and someguy .

Much to everyone's surprise, Wide Open Spaces enters the top 5 with only one song remaining as “Am I the Only One (Who’s Ever Felt This Way)” leaves next. This actually was never a top 5 contender and only found its way to its highest position towards the latter part of its run. This was still well-liked overall, though as all but two participants placed this in their top 15 with the majority of those actually coming from within the top 10. A trio of those also came in the form of top 5s from LBTrocks, .indulgecountry, and ccarter1023. It also picked up a #1 ranking from someguy who is now the fourth participant to lose their top-ranked song.

As you can see from the point distribution above, the top 5 was incredibly competitive with only ten points separating the winner from #5. This also leaves Taking the Long Way as the last album remaining with multiple songs whiile Wide Open Spaces, Fly, and Home all are down to one song apiece. I hope to reveal the top 5 later on this evening, but until then I'll be looking for some predictions! And not to make anyone too nervous, but the song leaving at #3 was in fact our main contender for the top spot until a fellow Tractor (or two) came along towards the end of the rankdown .

My remaining ranks: 1 2 4 6 9
Needless to say, I think this is a fantastic top 5. I do wish that "Easy Silence" had missed instead of "Am I the Only One" but I don't expect it to win so I'm unbothered.

My remaining: 1,4,8,10,16. Surely my 16th won't win, but those scores are very close so you never know. I'm really hoping for "Once You've Loved Somebody".

The exit of “White Trash Wedding” also means that we must bid adieu to Home leaving Wide Open Spaces, Fly, and Taking the Long Way as the last albums with tracks remaining in contention. This has long been a fan favorite which is made evident by the rankings here as it picked up nine top 10 rankings with seven of those coming from within the top 5. That includes is a pair of top 2s from SHOOTER and .indulgecountry as well as a #1 ranking from LBTrocks. This was our eighth most polarizing song overall, though, as the rest of the group placed this outside of their top 15 (albeit still within their top 20). All in all, this remained a consistent top 5 contender for the majority of its run.

I do wish that "Easy Silence" had missed instead of "Am I the Only One" but I don't expect it to win so I'm unbothered. Unbothered you shalt not be as "Easy Silence" exits next leaving Taking the Long Way with one track remaining. Despite this starting off down in the bottom 5 thanks to ClevelandRox, this proved to be a very worthy competitor as it racked up ten rankings all within the top 10 with five of those being top 5s. That includes another #1 ranking with taylor losing theirs just before we enter the top 3. It in fact was their ranking which pushed this into the top 2 towards the tail end of the rankdown only to have LBTrocks come along and send this back a couple of spots. Both him, ClevelandRox, and bboat11 were in fact the only three participants to not even place this in their top 15!

My #1 was the runner-up and then Ole Floppy had to go and ruin it. Speaking of, it just happened to be your floppy rank which pushed our next song back outside of the top 3 where it had been for most of its entire run. Not only was this our most consistent contender for the top spot, but THREE participants lose their #1 next .

“Sin Wagon” all but looked like it was going to sweep the rankdown and make it look easy in doing so. You can always count on a few floppy ranks to come near the end, though, and such was the case here as 🌺CountryLineDancer swooped in towards the last quarter with its one and only bottom 5 ranking. While it did pick up an earlier bottom 6 from someguy, that still wasn't enough at the time to knock it out of the top spot as just before that it received three back-to-back #1 rankings from myself, recordyear, and castleoblivion26. It would pick up five additional top 10 rankings along the way which in turn made this a hard song to take down. Its third lowest raking would come towards the tail end from taylor who placed this just within their top 20. While that was just enough to push this to the back of the top 5, both shooter and LBTrocks would save the day with a pair of top 5s themselves which allowed this to jump back into the top 3 (of which it only missed the top 2 by ONE POINT!).
