I'm such a remix stan so for me the highlights right now are:
Turn On The Radio (Tracy Young Remix) I’m Gonna Take That Mountain (Dave Aude’ Remix) I’m A Survivor (Lafemmebear Remix) Does He Love You (Eric Kupper Remix) Why Haven’t I Heard From You (Dave Aude’ Remix) Fancy (Dave Aude’ Remix)
(also, Dave Aude’ is flawless as always. I wish he would have done them all tbh)

These remixes are really cute. It's nice to hear these classics reinvented and rearranged.

I love how she updated some of her almost forgotten 80s songs! The whole album is great! I hope other artists from her era will do this too.

Won’t be able to devote a huge amount of time to this until later today, but I did stay awake last night specifically for “Does He Love You” with Dolly. What a combo. That’s an incredible track, and it’s so nice to FINALLY see them together on record.

Not Reba coming for me: "And that’s why I love the Dave Cobb album [Revisited], probably more than the other two [Revived Remixed], because to me, it just slowed things down and gave a more peaceful approach. "

Have to agree with this. I spun this entire album at the gym earlier today and was surprised by how much I enjoyed most of the remixed versions. Sure, there are a couple of misses mixed in there of course, but overall I really was jamming out to everything I heard. I already had a soft spot for "You Keep Me Hanging On" as it was, but this remixed version gives new life to the song! I'm also pleasantly surprised at how the remixes for "Turn On the Radio" and "The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia" turned out...love 'em! And of course we have "Little Rock" which I couldn't help but bob my head along with. I also loved about everything I heard from the Revisited portion of the album as I really enjoyed some of the stripped-down versions. I especially liked the laidback and easygoing production behind "Consider Me Gone" and would love to see Reba perform this one in a more intimate setting. Her 80's hits "Somebody Should Leave" and "New Fool At an Old Game" are two of the other highlights that really standout here. The same can't be said for the Revived portion of the album, though. I'm not quite sure what they were aiming for here, but the production just isn't up to snuff. And what gives with this auto-tuned version of Reba?! That's not to say there aren't any standouts, though, as "The Greatest Man I Never Knew" will still leave you teary-eyed. And "Can't Even Get the Blues" will likely sound quite fresh and upbeat. The rest was kind of an unfortunate disappointment.

While this album is great, I'm ready for a Reba album of brand new songs next year! Idk if that'll happen cause she said on the Today Show she is considering doing an album remaking deep cuts from her career that never were singles. And if that happens if Reba doesn't redo "Maggie Creek Road" with a killer video this time then I'm not buying! lol that still stings my Reba fanboy heart over a decade later!
