Yes, Olivia also did so in the Top 40/CHR edition on September 4 and 11 with "drivers license" (#40) and "good 4 u" (#1).
In addition, during such periods, "deja vu" was #2 and "traitor" was in the 20s. So, her 2 songs bookended the chart and her other 2 songs were among those bookended.
