I went with the somewhat-conservative 1m-1.5m.
The most celebrated and important female artist of the last half-century. The world has been "hung up" on her since she announced to Dick Clark in 1984 that she wanted to rule the world. And RULE it she has...
I think it'll land somewhere between 1.5 and 2 million, closer to 2.
The options seem...off lol.
Anything bellow 1M is delusional imo.
Is it really? The thing with Adele is that she doesn't have a really strong fanbase, she's just beloved by the entire GP but even older age groups have moved on from iTunes to streaming. That's why I could easily see her do ~800k. For 2mil she'd need over 1.5mil pure sales. That would be half of 25's first week, even though 25 wasn't available on streaming and pure sales have dropped way harder than 50% since 2015
@ Adele doesn't have a strong fan base. The DELUSION.
LoL, Just off the top of my head I know a woman in her late 50’s/early 60’s who streamed it at 7:00pm when released and is pumped for the tour and tv special just like another friend on Facebook who’s late 40’s who was posting about “EOM” and the tv special and another guy in his mid 40’s posting about it too. LoL. Yes she has a huge FANBase. Lol. There just not stanning out all over the place. (I guess Facebook…)
