If Olivia ever does features/co-leads, she should absolutely do them with other rock- or even emo-rap-leaning artists. I've said this before, but I'd prefer she avoid EDM producers for as long as she can help it, unless it's a Marshmello song that isn't structured like an EDM song.

All Too Well combined still at over 4 million in US Spotify. The other tracks also held up pretty well in streaming numbers. Better than Fearless tracks did, at least. I think 200 million global spotify streams for the week for the album is possible

I wonder if All Too Well will buck the trend of Sunday being the lightest day for streaming, seeing as she performed it on SNL.

Maybe? I doubt it will increase even with the SNL performance, but it might stay flat or fell lighter than the rest. Both versions combined dropped just a little under 30% from first day, which if I remember correctly is better than the top streaming performers from Folklore, Evermore, and Fearless (TV)

EDIT: I wonder how will All Too Well will be credited in the Hot 100 if it's combined, considering the 10 minutes version is the one pulling in most of the points. Like, will it be credited as a ten minutes song with a five minutes version (aka the ten minutes one being considered the main version) or a five minutes song with a ten minutes version (the short one being considered the main version)? I think that will be pretty significant since it will have the chance of breaking the record for the longest song to chart in the top 10/top 5/hit number-on

Day 2 of Red TV: She still has over half of the Top 50, 7/10 of the songs in the Top 10 are Taylor. Definitely holding up better than Fearless, wouldn't be surprise if we get a big album bomb to wipe away leftovers from 2021

I think you might be looking at an extended version that didn't chart on the Hot 100 because currently, the record for the longest song to chart on the Hot 100 is Fear Inoculum by Tool and that only runs at 10:23.

If so, then how do you credit the runtime of the song when combined? Does it end up being credited as 10 minutes long or 15+ minutes long? I feel like to avoid any complications, Billboard won't combine both songs.

I’m not sure if they will combine them, but if they do, I’d assume they’d do something like the remix rule and credit the version that received the most points.

we have no idea tbh. But I feel like despite there being an additional 5 minutes, give or take, it SHOULD be treated like a remix. Theyre definitely different arrangements in some parts but overall "the same song". It reminds me SLIGHTLY of Perfect vs Perfect (Beyonce Version), two different renditions, still counted as one. Or Despecitio, OG Version and the JB were counted as one, pretty clear differences. And also OTR 5 different versions lol.

Only difference between this and all those is those don't add much to the length of the song. Honestly NOT combining would be more complicated, especially if both versions would crack the top 10.

Should be treated like a remix and the most popular version gets the credit. The streaming advantage means the 10min version most likely is the one that charts.

What song(s) hold the record for longest top 10 and/or #1 hit in terms of duration? I know the album version of I’d Do Anything For Love by Meat Loaf (#1 in 1993) is about 12 minutes, but that wasn’t the version that was pushed as a single.

Other than 1989 I can't see any other rerelease doing comparable numbers.

As for Ariana, she already dropped a bit from thank u next to positions. I'd say Olivia Rodrigo is a bigger threat right now unless Ariana goes into overdrive an really promotes her next album.

Longest duration for a #1 song is American Pie by Don McLean (1972) at 8:42 minutes
