I actually kinda liked "We Ride", but can't say I'm surprised it's out. Sad that "Birthday Cake" barely escaped last place. I otherwise don't have any complaints about the results so far, though.  |

Lol I wanted to do predictions and Walt gave me all the time in the world and I still didn’t do them
Growing up as a massive Rihanna fan means that I used to be obsessed with most of these songs but a few comments:
- I love “Bad” and “Nothing Is Promised” and I knew they would be out early. “Bad” reminds me of summer 2013 and “Nothing Is Promised” was the one song I was waiting for for years after she released the snippet.
- “Wait Your Turn” is insanely catchy and “Higher” is the definition of class. Beautiful instrumentation & I like the overall feel of the song.

-Believe It is such an inoffensive song, how is it worse than some of those Talk That Talk cuts lmao
-Wish I saw that we could suggest non-singles, I would've LOVED to see Same Ol Mistakes get ranked here, my fav Rihanna song period
-Overall don't think I'm doing too great right now, but no songs I absolutely adore are out, so I'll take what I can get

I really love 'Sledgehammer' and 'Towards The Sun' but I can see how their vocals can be be a turnoff for some. 'Jump' is just a bop. A lot of the rest was just meh to me.

Oooh I didn't know this was posted! Gonna catch up and comment now!  76: Wow a perfect rank right from the start! :omg: I'm totally fine and good with "Believe It" coming in last. I forgot I ranked this last and can't really remember it but yeah I didn't care for this, sadly. Ouch at no Top 40 ranks. Also it's surprising for the last place song to have only 1 last place rank. 75: lol Ouch when I saw that there were 10 #76s, I was thinking it would be "Birthday Cake." Also woww at all of those #75s too. I do like this as it's my #52 and wouldn't have minded it being higher but I knew it wouldn't. So I am just glad this manage to avoid being last - and by like 4 points. 74: Aww I am sad to see "Cockiness (Love It)" show up already as I was hoping this would have made it higher as I do like this enough to be my #53.  Hmm Kinda surprised I had this below BC but I guess it was just interchangeable for me haha. 73: Ooh I liked "Nothing Is Promised" slightly more than "Bad," so I wished this was a little higher than that one haha. This was my #61. But again another song I liked listening to but don't really care that much for. 72: Oooh the "Bad (Remix)," which I had at #63. I liked this but am not really familiar with it and it definitely did not standout amongest these songs. Wouldn't have minded this ranking higher but also ok with its ranking. Interesting how this song has the lowest standard deviation too. 71: Ooh okay, I'm good with "Sledgehammer" showing up here as this was my #69. Nice song but it's one that bored me and I just never really cared for from Rihanna. 70: Oooof, oooh noooo, "Raining Men" was the toughest loss for me yet. Even though it's my #41, I do really like this song a lot. I wish it could have been a single even though Loud had so many singles, lmao. This is a fun, hot collabo from Rihanna & Nicki! 69: Ooh ugh darn, not too pleased with "Towards The Sun" beating out "Raining Men." This was my #71 soo definitely not one of my favorites nor do I really remember this song. It's cute and hmm, I wonder why I didn't have this higher than Sledgehammer as I thought I liked this one more? Oh well. Fine with this showing up here. |

68: I enjoy "Jump," but as my #60, this wasn't ever really a standout favorite of mine. Def a fun and enjoyable laid back kind of song. 67: Ahh darn I was just one spot off from a perfect rank for "Selfish," as I placed this at #66. This was another song I kinda liked but didn't really care much for nor stands out that much for me. 66: Whoaa kinda crazy how we got the highest standard deviation revealed so soon into the rankdown.  Wow 7 #76 ranks too? I have no idea what to guess for this. But a song that I helped drop from #49 to #57. Ooooh lmao, it's "Famous." Okay this all makes sense given the facts. Kinda surprised seeing this on here as I didn't even know Rihanna was featured on this.  Def think of this as a Kanye song and oooof it's my #74? Wow I did not realize I had this song so low. Thought I liked it more than that though I don't really care much for this overall. Rihanna & Kanye have had MUCH better collabos. 65: Oh wow and now onto the 3rd highest standard deviation reveal now. Oooh yay I was hoping this would be "American Oxygen," so yay I'm glad it was this song that showed up as this was my #75. Nice powerul message to this song but this is a song that really bored me and one I could never really get into from Rihanna. 64: Whoaa at a song I helped drop from #31 to #46. That's such a big drop there, lmao. Ooh it's my #67 of "Wait Your Turn." Hmm I do like the chorus and hmmm not sure why I had it so low. I do kinda like it but again never really been a standout track to me from Rihanna. 63: Awww a bit sad to see my #57 of "We Ride" show up but honestly also not really sujrprised either. This was a really cute and enjoyable song, but not a single that really stands out that much earlier in her career. And yeah def my least favorite of the A Girl Like Me singles. 62: Oooh a song that I helped drop 12 spots from #40 to #52, so I'm curious what this could be. Oooh it's my #72 rank of "Higher." A kinda cool song but again another one that I just didn't really care for from Rihanna. 61: Oooh my #64 rank of "Rockstar 101." This is a fun enjoyable rock song from Rihanna. Fun sound to it but again this was never a real standout track for me from her. |
