Been waiting for this moment ever since she showcased it at the listening room back in January 2021 when it was still unreleased. I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes her biggest hit to date.

It's been a while since i've seen a song so universally praised. If this isn't absolutely massive, I'm going to be stunned. The buzz and amount of plays it already has show it has all the makings of a career hit. And FINALLY - Carly isn't leaving her best song as an album cut. About dang time.

I'm really hoping this will get Carly long overdue Song of the Year wins during award season. I think with WHDD becoming a big smash, it will also secure her reign as Female Vocalist.

This is not a homerun, this is a grandslam. I really like Carly but her songs have been hit or miss with me (and usually more miss). But this is just phenomenal.

Not a Carly fan, and this song is AMAZING. This should be a multi-week number one and I will be rooting for it the entire way.

This song is incredible and been on my country playlist since it was released. This really should be her biggest hit and truly make her into one of the top current country females *hopefully* lol

The only logical choice for the next single, and I’m glad because this song is excellent. Love that the two best songs she’s ever recorded are back-to-back singles.

So happy to see this one getting released. That music video is going to be amazing, can't wait for it. This could really be the biggest hit of her career!

Just give her all the awards now. This is the best thing she’s ever done. Song of the year and song of her career. If this isn’t massive, I quit.
PS I wonder what is going to finish at #2 behind this in the 2022 year end country rankdown come January…

Lol I shall be the only party pooper here. I was sorta hoping this wouldn’t be the next single because it’s one of my least favourite on the album. However I do still love it so that’s not saying all that much lol
It’s the obvious choice given how great it’s numbers are before even becoming a single so I’m hoping this becomes her 4th #1!

I know it seems like everyone loves this song and it probably makes sense as a single but mannnn I just wanted to hear "Easy Going" on the radio.

Echoing what everyone except Jordy apparently lol already said but YES! Yes, yes, YES! I am so glad that it's officially official. This was 100% the right career move for her to make next. She's got a smash on her hands here. PS I wonder what is going to finish at #2 behind this in the 2022 year end country rankdown come January… :kii:

This song is going to be absolutely huge and win all of the awards it's nominated for as it absolutely should. This is a career song.

^ I'd prefer it win over WHDD, but either way considering how well "Next Girl" did when a lot of people think its a weaker song from Carly, she prob has the top 2 on lock...

Love this. Probably in the minority, but I prefer this to "Never Wanted To Be That Girl".

All signs were pointing to this one becoming a single, but it's a relief to hear that it's now officially announced as a single. Otherwise the country forum would've been in full meltdown mode!

So happy for this to finally be a single, it's been one of my favorites since we first heard of it almost two years ago now!

Love this. Probably in the minority, but I prefer this to "Never Wanted To Be That Girl". Maybe the minority on here (not with me at least), but I'd say with the casual listener they'd be in agreeance. The fact that this only trails NWTBTG on Spotify, by a merely 3,000,000 streams, despite NWTBTG being in the main playlist for 8 months, and WHDD just being put in it shows how many people are behind it.

I know it seems like everyone loves this song and it probably makes sense as a single but mannnn I just wanted to hear "Easy Going" on the radio. It'll never happen, but I agree. Easy Going is such a JAM! That said, this is the right choice and will clearly be the biggest hit of her career so far.

This is going to be absolutely huge.
But I’m guessing it’s gonna be the last single from this album because I have a feeling all the stuff about the relationship will have run its course for her.

Carly really is out here for domination and I’m here for it. This song slaps, especially on the chorus. I can see this possibly being a crossover hit no matter how country it is. This at the very least needs to be a country number 1.

I really do like this. It seems like the obvious single choice, so it makes a lot of sense that they are going with this. I can certainly see this as the last single (as much as I do like the album as a whole), because this almost feels like the definitive word on the subject.

You don't have to guess whether it is the last single of the album because it is. She is working on a new album now.

Considering this is the first time she's even gone three singles deep, I was not even close to expecting another single to come after this one from the current album. I think it's the smart move anyway. This will be a high impact hit for her and carry her out for the rest of 2022 and likely peak sometime this winter (around December-January), and set her up perfectly to roll out brand new music early 2023.

Yeah this is for sure the final single from the album. This album did have a handful of songs left that I thought could do well on radio like...
Messy Should've Known Better Your Drinkin' My Problem
but, I wouldn't say she left anything undeniable on the table (outside the title track, which could have been hit or miss), like she has with every album prior to this. I think that's why it's such a relief to see this one actually get released, because in reality she almost moved on from the era upon the EP dropping last year with Next Girl being the only thing she released, but thank God she didn't.
