It's someone in her family, I assume, given the "sometimes it can be family" caption towards the end of the clip.
The clip is... fine. Sounds like it's straight out of 2010-2013 Hot AC fodder. Literally getting Andy Grammer/Matt Nathanson/Chris Rene vibes from it lol. I do enjoy the harmonies, though. That sounds like Title era Meghan, which I would adore hearing again.

I never really hate any of her songs.
She’s become a go to for me.
Almost everything from her 2nd era on has been a score for me.
Unfortunately her first era is probably my least favorite and the least listened to from me.
I liked it but not like many others did.
