with .indulgecountry losing his #1 in the Bottom 4 I think I'll leave off here. So far we've only lost songs from later in The Wilkinsons career as a band. Neither the duo of Amanda and Tyler (Small Town Pistols), or Amanda's solo record has lost any songs. Only 1 song left to complete the bottom 5, what will it be? |

Wow guys, I'm gobsmacked. 😫😭 bboat11 is the only other person with taste here I see... so I think "You Heal Me" is a great song and Amanda sounds fantastic on it but it just doesn't compare to most of their earlier work for me. I probably should have ranked it higher personally but even then probably only to around #20 instead of #25. It is hard because I love all 32 songs and can listen to these on shuffle without skipping any. Will have more reveals soon |

With "Papa Come Quick" going out we see .indulgecountry lose another Top 5 right after losing his #1, with austin joining him in losing a Top 10. bboat11 joins me in losing our last place however. I put this last because while I do enjoy the song it has never been one I would seek out specifically. This is also the 2nd song from the Home album to be eliminated, following the previous elimination of "Six Pack" at #32. How long will the three remaining singles from that album last? ("Fast Car", "Nobody Died", and "Closets") Coming up a song from an album that has already lost at least one song will see another eliminated... |

With this elimination The Wilkinsons final album together, and their hits collection Greatest Hits...And Then Some is eliminated. With "You Heal Me" at #29 and this at #27 this album did not last long. austin becomes the 2nd person to lose a 2nd top 10.  For this album The Wilkinsons had to re-record most of the songs on this album as they only had the rights to the songs on their most recent release Home. They also included 5 new songs including the 2 singles "When I'm Old" and "You Heal Me". The other 3 songs are excellent though with "Paper Doll" and "Diamonds" as my two favorites. Also check out this re-recording of their debut single "26 Cents" |

and the debut album takes a hit. "The Yodelin' Blues" has long been the most WTF single choice imo. While I enjoy the song a lot and it has grown on me a lot since the album first came out I still find it to be one of the weaker offerings on the first album. I've always felt that going with something like "Back On My Feet" or "Then There's You" would have been better options but maybe not, I don't know.
The first album still has 4 songs remaining. Let me know which one you think will be next to be eliminated? ("26 Cents", "Fly (The Angel Song)", "Boy Oh Boy", and "Nothing but Love")

Nothing But Love I think will be the next to drop from the debut. I agree about Yodelin Blues being a stupid single but it’s a fun song!!
