nope.

from the RENAISSANCE booklet:

"This three-act project was recorded over three years during the pandemic. A time to be still, but also a time I found to be the most creative."

I don't think she could have been referring to a yet-to-be-filmed concert movie as "recorded during the pandemic."

Beyoncé’s 2023 RENAISSANCE World Tour played 56 dates, earned over $579m in ticket sales and was seen by more than 2.7m fans.

Produced by Parkwood Entertainment and promoted by Live Nation, the tour wrapped Sunday at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium after visiting 39 cities in 10 countries. It began with 238k people attending five sold-out nights at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the first time any artist had played five shows at the 63,000-seater.

Special guests included Kendrick Lamar, Megan Thee Stallion and Beyoncé and Jay-Z's daughter Blue Ivy Carter; Diana Ross sang “Happy Birthday” to Bey in L.A.

As with previous tours, Beyoncé made her mark with BeyGOOD, which supports organizations that serve marginalized and underserved communities with access to scholarships, opportunities for internships that lead to job placement and resources to support entrepreneurship.

BeyGOOD boosted 1,000 small businesses in various cities with a commitment totaling $1m. The first $100k was awarded to 10 small businesses in London. BeyGOOD also earmarked $1m for scholarships in 10 urban centers.

My prediction is that Act II will be announced in the new year. She will rest after the tour, release the film, enjoy the holidays with her family, and then get back to work.

I was curious what her figures would be! Yeah that's still fantastic for a concert film!

The people constantly comparing and putting down one or the other when it comes to Beyoncé and Taylor are so childish, ignorant, and are only fueling that old patriarchal standard that boasts only "one" powerful woman can reign at a time. The truth is the two artists couldn't be anymore different, both are immensely talented, and both have earned every bit of their success. They both are thriving and that's only an amazing testament for women everywhere and instead of trying to tear one or the other down we should be celebrating both. You don't see the public pitting two successful male artists against each other in this way so routinely because men with power are commonplace.

I'm not in the Beyhive or any standom because why um Renaissance film is the best concert film of all time after Stop Making Sense on GOD I am still in shock. No offense to any other fan bases, but after seeing this film, Beyonce is the current best performer on Earth. Her level of dedication and craft is astonishing, frankly. I am so shook, y'all. Blue Ivy is also the GOAT offspring.
