Even Jimmy Cooks short run in the upper chart was only due to it being a complete album track. It’s *still* continually top 10 on Apple Music & Spotify, so it wasn’t some short lived fluke like Trollz/Permission to Dance/What’s Next/etc.

Jimmy Cooks is just getting the Wants and Needs treatment, although that might change as its already doing better than that song did and also if radio continues growing.

Its funny to think if songs like DWHAP and N95 actually did hit #1, then this year would be just like 2020/2021 in having some fluke #1s.

In reality 100% of people are inherently non-binary. The only reason they don't see themselves as such is because we've had the binary gender construct pushed on us. If humans lived without these outside influences and constructs forced on them, there would be no such thing as gender at all. It's a social construct. It's made up by society.

being non-binary is as much a social construct as being male or female; gender (being nb isn't the lack of gender but usually a different expression of it - for example there are non-binary genders in non-European cultures) in itself is a social construct as much as language or family, and those being social constructs doesn't invalidate their existence. That's a really interesting discussion to be had, but I don't necessarily think this thread is the place for it.

I don't know if it's just me but I have been consuming very little music in the past couple months. Very little new stuff that truly excites me.
