They’re predicting 58k for HARDY’s new album. That’s very strong and I believe much stronger than his debut.

18 new songs from Luke is going to be amazing!! I better clear my schedule that weekend.
I need at least one “Beer Never Broke My Heart”/“Cold As You” jam on this album. I love “Growin’ Up” (the album) but it did lack a song like that.
Also, I wonder if the TBD track is a duet and that is why the songwriters are left out right now…

Combs releasing a new album so soon is weird to me. Going Going Gone will certainly have peaked by then but why be in such a rush to release a new album this quickly? But i guess in a way this is pretty similar to what Jason Aldean did with Macon Georgia except for it wasn’t known immediately that this is what was planned all along. Except for the Combs team at least.
That being said, im excitied. Growin’ Up was decent but a step down from WYSIWYG, hopefully this new album can come closer to the quality of that album.

Morgan Wallen just announced his new album “One Thing At A Time” will be released on March 3rd. It contains 36 tracks. Probably will clogg the country albums chart for the next two years like Dangerous did. Makes me wonder if it will block Combs from #1 later that month.

Kind of sad that in a 36 track album they couldn't get 1 male/female duet especially since Morgan Wallen is the biggest artist in the genre.
Also holy canoli at this being a 36 song album.

I reaaaaallllly hope over saturation becomes a thing with Morgan Wallen. 36 songs? Good lord. Getting super tired of him personally, even if he does occasionally put out a good song or 2. I wouldn’t miss him if he went away. I’ll take Luke Combs music over his 24/7/365

Just going by his artistry i think that it's cool to release that amount of songs. now let's hope that this many songs sound good and are worth it.

Honestly, I hope and pray that this is halfway decent because at 36 songs it could either be a masterpiece or a chore.

That's a choice. The market for Christmas standards is hella oversaturated, and not everybody has the voice to compete. Having a couple cute original songs is literally the only thing that might make a Jon Pardi Christmas album stand out, imo.

Really looking forward to the new Morgan Wallen album, honestly. I loved his last double album and I'm kinda hype at the prospect of so many new songs. My only complaint would be that I would've loved at least 1 or 2 female collabs thrown in there as raylatch98 mentioned above. Eric Church, HARDY, and ERNEST are all unsurprising collaborations for him to go with, so it woulda been cool to see something conventional.

I'm kind of hating all these super long tracklists. I think that being able to bring it down to 10-15 means there is less filler. Morgan is not the first to do this though and I understand it from a business perspective but it's just too much honestly.

I’m all for longer tracklists. Feed me all the music. Eric Church has the amazing deep cut “Good For That” probably thrown away by now. We never even hear “I Don’t Mind” or “I Wonder” by Sturgill Simpson if not for the pandemic.

Morgan is not the first to do this though and I understand it from a business perspective but it's just too much honestly. Idk I hear all the time artists say things like "I wrote 75 songs for this album" and then give us a 11-track record that isn't mind-blowing and it makes me wonder how many of those other 64 songs I might've liked more, lol. I get the idea that there might be more filler with these longer albums, but by the same token, even if half the album is filler, then we still get more than a regular album's worth of quality material, and we've heard dozens upon dozens of filler tracks through the years that still make it onto condensed albums. I'd say MW's first double album has very little filler on it, personally. There's maybe like... 5 songs or so that I feel like I could've completely done without out of the 32 we ended up with.

This was just released digitally. Contains ALL the albums Conway Twitty recorded for Elektra/Warner Bros. between 1981-1986. Contains ALL the hits Twitty had between 1982-1987:

Gotta say it would be easier to take the 36 track album thing seriously if Wallen was actually a credited writer on like even half of the tracks.

36 songs is a lot to digest at once so if an artist I liked would want to go that route, I'd rather they split the album into halves and release one half this year and maybe the other half next year - that way it would be more manageable.
