that would make more sense which shows he had alot less crossover success that most of the others on the list . he had three #1 songs on the r&b charts .one of them in the 50's and the other two in the 60's.

Yeah Bobby Bland a top 10 singles artists here, but I don't think we hear enough about him. Bobby "Blue" Bland is in the Blues Hall of Fame and the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame! Didn't Ike Turner help him out? Anyway "Turn on Your Love Light" might be his best known song, or at least the most covered.

Idk how, but I accidentally use the wrong point system for the albums, so now I have to go back and fix it for each decade (60s-90s), it shouldn't be that much of a big change but we will see...also working on the all time albums era+singles chart, and I'm also doing the 2010s artist decade thing, so I may or may not be posting things like this frequently

Actually, in reference to my previous post, there really isn't any major change. Prince is still #1 for 80s, James Brown is still #1 for 70s and so on.

Welp...if I add in the 2020s decade so far, Drake will be #2. If Drake continues to dominate this decade he will be on his way to being the #1 R&B/Hip Hop Singles artist of all time. He is literally so close to the top spot.
