I'll give "Soul" some points for creativity, as it honestly has a pretty inspired arrangement with a lot of spirit. To me it's a hell of a lot better than the back-to-back punch of "Boy" and "Rumor" just because it's not boring af. But yeah, it's also so creative that it is expectedly and deservedly polarizing. Not at all sad to see it leave now!

We're pretty much all in agreement that Dan + Shay's music is going on like Year 5 of being stale af now, so it shouldn't be a surprise to see "Steal My Love" leaving already.

Although personally I enjoy this one quite a bit more than I have enjoyed most of their recent output! Their vocals have always been much stronger than their material, and I feel like this song shows them off pretty well. It should have outlasted "You" at the very least, because that one is right back to being as boring and uninspired as possible.

FINALLY. My gosh. "You Proof" was a pretty easy last place for me. Both because Morgan is a piece of s**t, and also because "You Proof" is a pile of s**t. The pop elements within the arrangement are unnecessary and annoying, and this song doesn't have the melody to overcome those shortcomings in the arrangement.

This song saw three last places, from myself, taylor is terrified , and nathanalbright .

Also, this was the first #1 hit on country radio to leave us!!!

See, the problem is that they've already done this 7 or 8 times. What they need to do is pretend that "Tequila" never existed and just go back to giving us "19 You and Me"-adjacent stuff!

"You" is a perfectly boring and uninspired title for such a boring and uninspired song. When this song starts, I almost expect to hear the Rent cast break into song, as the arrangement is basically taken directly from "Seasons Of Love", only not nearly as good.

I usually like Luke Bryan’s output, but 2022 was a big miss to me. Glad mediocre Up flopped.

It may have escaped the bottom 10 with the final stretch of lists, but it was mercifully destined to be a bottom 15. "Up" is just such a blaaaaaaaaaaand song. There really isn't much to say about it other than the themes are exceptionally trite, and while it may have gotten away with that if it had been delivered in a catchy package, this has got to be the most boring and vanilla way they could have possibly delivered it, from the popular vocalist who is least likely to be able to elevate such a melody. Good riddance!
