There might be a new recording of DJ Play a Christmas Song coming. Cher wants Kelly to sing louder on the track.

As much as I am excited for DJ Play A Christmas Song (feat. More Kelly Clarkson) coming soon - why didn’t Cher give Kelly and her team those notes the first time!?

The deluxe version of her album is out on Friday, so depending on when this filmed (I imagine it was a week or two ago), she very feasibly could have re-recorded her part. Hell, they could have even done it that day. Guess we'll find out by the end of the week!

Guess we'll find out by the end of the week! if my memory is correct it was filmed on 11/19 so it's highly likely kelly could have gone into the studio to make it louder |

lmfao @ Cher letting this whole-ass song come out and being like "I have notes." But it's clear Kelly went in with the idea to sing in a backup-type role like she did with Teddi Swims, and Cher wants (wanted?) it to be a duet.
Listening to Kelly's voice on it I just wish Cher had given it to her in the first place, it'd be such a fun, different addition to her originals catalog.
While I'm reimagining things, I wish Kelly had been Bruno's duet partner for "Die With A Smile." It's such a beautiful song, and I think her vocals on it would work better than Gaga's.
