Solid start on streaming for Search & Rescue but that's just off curiosity/Drake's name. The general public reception to the song has been mostly negative so I think the song starts crashing on streaming from day 2. I'm expecting a huge drop in streams on Spotify/Apple Music. Best case scenario, the song debuts in the Hot 100 top 10 and maybe it manages to debut in the top 5. Pretty good for a throwaway single. Just wish Drake released a better song but oh well.

Yeah, but i’ll say these comments (including mine) are mostly based off the first day numbers/initial expectations. Also Morgan’s radio advantage isn’t a particularly large one compared to say, if Drake was going against Kill Bill or Flowers.

It took him more than usual to get to #1 -- so I'd say the lead between he and Morgan isn't as big as Drake leads tend to be on AM (which speaks to how big Morgan's song is on AM right now). But the lead is probably still big, considering his Spotify lead was by 500k streams (he did 2.4M on Friday) -- and HITS says Drake did 7M total. So, I think it's a little bit of both.

Surprisingly strong hold for Drake. Granted atp I think he’s gonna barely beat Morgan on streaming so he’s not going #1 on the Hot 100. But with the point gaps, unless the streaming collapses in the 3rd day I feel a #4 debut is likely.

I assume the lead may be be a bit bigger on AM, but the decrease similar to Spotify. So, I don't think it's wide enough to beat Morgan, especially since Morgan is still killing it on Youtube streams (Drake isn't Top 20), is #1 on iTunes (Drake is already falling), and airplay. Independently that may not be much, but combined I'm sure it gives Morgan the lead.

Yeah it's possible she gets to keep #2. I would give Drake the edge right now, but it all depends on if Drake stabilizes. Tomorrow's Spotify update should paint a better picture to see the stream difference between Drake, Morgan and Sza. But, the overall gap between Morgan and Sza is widening -- not too sure if Drake can swoop in between them if he does stabilize. Sza won't have the benefit of digital sales anymore like last week (ie. Kill Bill is #38 on iTunes, Drake #13, Last Night #1) and Morgan's airplay is gaining decently (approx +1.104 audience today) while Kill Bill is showing sings of peaking at Pop and Rhythmic (approx +.409 audience today).
