The hoststresses are conducting a rankdown of the entire album...

You read that right; not only are we finally getting a rankdown for one of 2022's best albums, but it's being co-hosted by none other than noted Beyoncé fan and all-around icon kimberly!

RENAISSANCE, Beyoncé's seventh studio album (and first in over six years!), was gifted to us on the 29th July, 2022 to massive commercial success, reaching #1 in fifteen different countries, and hitting the top 3 in thirteen others. It also saw universal critical acclaim, being ranked as the best album of 2022 by ten different publications (including Pitchfork and Rolling Stone).

This success extended to its singles, with lead single "BREAK MY SOUL" becoming her first solo Hot 100 #1 since 2009 (on top of being rated as one of the ten best singles of 2022 by eight publications), and second single "CUFF IT" also reaching the top 10 of the Hot 100 and becoming her longest-running single to date on the chart (currently at 33 weeks).

It's also less of an official source, but I've heard rumours that two of the songs here were particularly successful in Pulse Music Board's 2022 Wintertime Madness tournament, with one even taking the crown! Now that's an endorsement if I've ever heard one.

But we're not just here to celebrate the music of RENAISSANCE, we're also here to rank it! And speaking of the music...
