22. What's Luv? - Fat Joe feat. Ashanti"What's Luv?" was released in 2002 as the second single from Joe's album Jealous Ones Still Envy (J.O.S.E.). Featuring Ashanti, it topped the rap chart and peaked at #3 on the R&B chart and #2 on the Hot 100. Contains interpolations from Tina Turner's "What's Love Got To Do With It" and Big Pun's "Still Not a Player". According to Fat Joe, "What's Luv?" was originally to feature Jennifer Lopez, but when he heard Ashanti on the demo, he wanted to do the song with her. omgg the 2nd highest SD coming - with a song that has two Top 5s and two Bottom 5s? Wow I'm scared and curious on what that could be. :o I hope it's not something I ranked high (or in my Top 5 for that matter).

25. Music - Erick Sermon feat. Marvin Gaye: Ooof not another song where I am the lowest ranker of, hahaha. Aww I do feel kinda bad for ranking this at #81. I do like this song and think it's cool, but it was never a song that I was that huge on. It's cool and I get why those that love it do. But happy to see this get revealed now.
24. The Jump Off - Lil Kim feat. Mr. Cheeks: This is a really fun and catchy song from Lil' Kim. In fact, this is a song that's kinda grown on me recently a bit. It's grown enough on me for me to rank it at #49. I do really like the beat and the rapping on this. However, it's still far away from my very favorite of hers. Of her 2000s music, I do prefer "No Matter What They Say," "How Many Licks?" and "Magic Stick." I would have ranked all of those so much higher - all probably within my Top 25 or so?
23. Welcome To Atlanta - Jermaine Dupri feat. Ludacris: Ooh lol how fun that my #49 and #48 were posted back to back here, haha. Also yayy for two other #48s alongside mine. This is a really cool and fun jam. I really like this from both JD and Luda. I also really enjoy the remix. Wow this song's rankings are pretty impressive. Very nice not seeing this with any Bottom 40 rankings. I wonder how many songs were able to accomplish that.
22. What's Luv? - Fat Joe feat. Ashanti: Ughh noo, I was doing soo good with the reveals today, darn. :'( Super sad to lose another Top 10, this time being my #8. Ugh dang. But I absolutely LOVE this song. It's so fun, catchy, makes me happy. Love the feel of this and what Fat Joe & Ashanti bring to this (and Ja Rule too). This gives me such great memories of 2002. Oh and wow I had no idea Jennifer Lopez was considered/to be featured on this. Veryy happy to see 4 Top 10 rankings for this!
21. A Milli - Lil Wayne: Oooh phew, okay this was something in the middle'ish of my rankings, so it's fine and I'll accept this. Glad it wasn't a song I ranked higher. This makes sense as the song with the 2nd highest SD as I know this song is really polarizing on here. But it's still great this managed to make it so high. But WOW at this getting both a #99 and #100. :o Anyway, "A Milli" is such a jam! I do really like this and like it enough to rank this at #41. I do really love the beat and the feel of the song just gets me pumped and excited. I also really enjoy Lil Wayne's rapping on here. I didn't know this won the Grammy For Best Rap Solo Performance, but that's really cool to find out. Oh but I do really love "Lollipop" and believe that was my favorite from Lil Wayne of the 2000s, so if that was here I would have ranked that very high.
Spots remaining: 1, 2, 5, 7, 9 11, 13, 14, 16, 20 23, 27, 28 41, 50 61, 64 71 82, 87
A pretty strong Top 20 here. I'm glad that I have 10 of my Top 20 still remaining of this. I'm just hoping more of my bottom ranks continue to show up lol.

17. Superstar - Lupe Fiasco feat. Matthew SantosBorn and raised in Chicago, Wasalu Jaco started out as a member of the group Da Pak. They were signed to Epic and released one single before going their separate ways. He was briefly signed to Arista, but after being dropped he met Jay-Z who helped him sign with Atlantic. In 2007 he released the single "Superstar" featuring Matthew Santos. It peaked at #3 on the rap chart, #19 on the R&B chart, and #10 on the Hot 100, and was nominated for a Grammy for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration. I don’t think this is one of the best but it’s still nice, 98 does seem a bit harsh though.

16. Oh Boy - Cam'ron feat. Juelz SantanaBorn and raised in East Harlem, Cameron Giles started out as a member of Children Of The Corn as Killa Cam. They disbanded after member Bloodshed died in a car accident, and Cam then formed The Diplomats (aka Dipset) with his cousin Freekey Zekey and Jim Jones. His 2002 single "Oh Boy" featuring Juelz Santana topped the rap and R&B charts and peaked at #4 on the Hot 100. Samples "I'm Going Down" by Rose Royce. 20. Oh No - Mos Def & Pharoahe Monch feat. Nate Dogg: Oooh nicee, this is my second lowest reveal, which was my #82, so I'm pleased to see this show up now. I don't remember how well I knew this when it was out. I'm sure I have heard of this at some times but it's not a song I'm really familiar with. I do like it and think it has a cool sound to it. But it was never a big/standout favorite. I can get how it made it far as it is a good song. 19. Testify - Common: Ooh yesss, my final Bottom 20 song showed up now. This was my #87. This is a song I am sure I've heard here and there at times but it's not a song I listened to a lot. Again, I get and think this is an objectively good song but it's just not a song I'm that familiar with nor did it stand out that much amongst these songs. Amongst Common's songs from the 2000s, I do prefer songs like "The Light," "Come Close," "Go!," "A Dream" and ""Universal Mind Control" and would have ranked all of those higher. 18. Nothin' - N.O.R.E.: Oooh nice, another one of my lower rankings show up, this time my #61. This is a really fun party jam! I do love the beat and feel of this song and enjoy what N.O.R.E. brings to this song. This is amongst my favorite from him in the 2000s, alongside "Oye Mi Canto." 17. Superstar - Lupe Fiasco feat. Matthew Santos: Aww I was doing so good keeping my remaining Top 20 ranks in tact at the start of this Top 20, but I knew that was gonna come to an end soon. But hey, this is my #20 so of that group, I'm pleased with this going out first, haha. I do really love this song and think this is a really great song. It's very catchy and love Lupe's rapping on this. I'm really glad this song made it this high as I didn't think it would have. This is also my favorite song of Lupe's. Really surprised seeing a #98 ranking for this. 16. Oh Boy - Cam'ron feat. Juelz Santana: Oooh this is another song that made it much higher than what I was expecting. I do really like this song a lot and like it enough to rank it at #41. This is such a fun jam. I enjoy Cam'Ron and Juelz's rapping on this and also really enjoy the beat too. Oooh nice that this got the 8th lowest SD and no Bottom 30 rankings. Shows how well liked this song is amongst us. I also really liked "Hey Ma," but think I slightly prefer this one. I think I just got two bottom half rankings left so hopefully they show up later tonight.

15. (Hot S**t) Country Grammar - NellyBorn in Austin, Texas and raised in St. Louis, Cornell Haynes Jr. got his start as a member of the St. Lunatics with his half-brother City Spud and childhood friends Murphy Lee, Ali, Kyjuan, and Slo Down. He broke through in 2000 with the release of his debut single "(Hot S**t) Country Grammar". It topped the rap chart and peaked at #5 on the R&B chart and #7 on the Hot 100. The melody and chorus were taken from the children's clapping game Down Down Baby, and there is a reference to the Beenie Man Song "Who Am I". How does Nelly get a 2nd hit after Country Grammar?
Making Country Grammar 2.0 aka EI cause it literally sounds like a sequel of it.

14. Ridin' - Chamillionaire feat. Krayzie BoneBorn in Washington, DC and raised in Houston, Hakeem Seriki started out as a member of The Color Changin' Click with childhood friend Paul Wall, and performed at the South By Southwest music festival in 2004. His biggest hit came with the release of "Ridin'" featuring Krayzie Bone. It topped the Hot 100 and peaked at #2 on the rap chart and #7 on the R&B chart in 2006. The term "riding dirty" refers to the stereotype of Black people driving with drugs in their car. Chamillionaire and Paul Wall had a falling out in 2004 after Chamillionaire's brother was allegedly attacked by Paul and his entourage. The feud came to an end in 2010 when they reunited for a tour. 13. Through The Wire - Kanye WestBorn in Atlanta and raised in Chicago, Kanye West started out producing for local artists. He later caught the attention of Roc-A-Fella, where he was praised for his work on Jay-Z's album The Blueprint. His 2003 song "Through The Wire" was recorded while recovering from a car accident that left his jaw shattered. It peaked at #4 on the rap chart, #8 on the R&B chart, and #15 on the Hot 100. Samples "Through The Fire" by Chaka Khan and received a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Solo Performance. Even though Kanye wrote for the song, he didn't actually receive songwriting credit, which went to the writers of "Through The Fire". Chaka initially praised the use of the sample, but backtracked in 2019, calling it "stupid". Apologies to willapted33... 12. Southern Hospitality - Ludacris feat. PharrellBorn in Illinois and later moving to Atlanta, Christopher Bridges started out as an intern and DJ at an Atlanta station under the name Chris Lova Lova. He then met Timbaland and did a feature on his album Tim's Bio: Life From Da Bassment. Luda later co-founded the label Disturbing Tha Peace and began releasing music. His single "Southern Hospitality" featuring Pharrell peaked at #5 on the rap chart, #6 on the R&B chart, and #23 on the Hot 100 in 2001. This is a good song but honestly idk if this is in my top 10 for Ludacris.
If it was Move Bitch, Stand Up, or Get Back, they might have been in my top 10.
