By the YE, I mean the Billboard Year-End from the Billboard Hot 100.
I can think of many, although most of them should be living at this point, based on the average life expectancy.
How about they get listed here as we reply?
An example would be Tina Turner who died very recently, and put out I Don't Wanna Fight, which made the year-end in 1993 at #42.

Such a morbid thread, but what comes right to mind is 2pac, Biggie, Coolio, Meat Loaf, Whitney Aayliah (very tragically oh lord) and probably others that Iβm not going to individually check every YE (from β91 to present) to find out.
