Grimes isn't really hitting hard with most of the recent stuff save for her feature on Fly To You.

"Welcome To The Opera" has quality in its production, and if it had a stronger better melody I could have ranked it in my top 15.

Didn't expect to see Nickel Creek in Madness but this was quite pleasant.

i didn't remember this one from when i listened to so much for stardust, but it actually kinda goes hard. the string riff is super catchy, definitely one of the better tracks from the album

I have a history of listening to Fall Out Boy's earlier songs in the 00s and I think this is one of their good songs.

Doesn't really break from the indie pop formula but this was still rather pleasant

Not entirely sold on the vocals, but I think the production on Party Girls is great.
Also I thought All Day Long was an alright song.

Props to Buju Banton, he used to be a homophobe but has made a genuine reformation on that view in the past couple decades

Escaped Day 1, cool cool.
'Fish' was such an obvious last place, sorry Keaton; like what you like but god damn do you know how to pick 'em lmao. Whitney is also a huge letdown; I know they said they didn't go for a throwback to the classic Thunderpuss sound but they really should have - if only for the mix itself to be more engaging because having only that live vocal to work with was not it. This sounds just like every other solo Barry mix he's done in the past few years (ie. basic and clunky). Chris, to me, was always the spark that made Thunderpuss what they were because after all the absolute fucking home runs they hit as a duo, it's Chris' solo remixes after the fact that continued to have that same sound and energy.

Wasn't expecting indulge to send a male country song, especially with this kind of vocal, but it is surprisingly solid, much better than a typical male song in new country releases rankdown tbh
AMitW has lost on me for a while now. Those plastic production and vocal delivery ain't it.
My country songs in these games usually have some surprising top rankers (at least to me) and this is no exception. For the new Nickel Creek album, I decided to send the song with the most instant chorus because I thought most of the people only listen to the list once. Maybe I should have picked a more experimental song instead.

Wasn't expecting indulge to send a male country song, especially with this kind of vocal, but it is surprisingly solid, much better than a typical male song in new country releases rankdown tbh I thought it would do better because it sounded more like a rock song than the country songs I usually send but it obviously didn't matter so that gamble didn't pay off. 🙃

45. I mean, was anything else gonna get last? 44. Undeserved, this should've made Set 2 over leaving now. 43. Meh. Probably shouldn't be bottom 5 but still meh. 42. Same as 43 except i think this is decent. 41. Not mad to see this go. 40. Same as 41. 39. THIS is my first top 10 to leave 38. This is good but i have no idea why it's even here. 37. This is great and really shouldn't have made the bottom 10. 36. Same as 37. 35. I really wish i could've ranked this higher. 34. This grew on me alot when i re-listened to this Seed tbh. 33. Great pop-rock song, not much else. The band has better though (if only one of you stole another of my songs, we could've had TWO Fall Out Boy songs this set) 32. Neon Trees-core with a slightly worse vocalist. Given my thoughts on that band though that isn't much of a downgrade. 31. Decent R&B song, not much else.
