Morgan Wallen goes for his 14th week at #1 with One Thing at a Time (Big Loud/Mercury/Republic) as Republic eyes its 16th consecutive week on top. The House of Lipman will also register nine of the week’s Top 20.
Now, if you’ll excuse us, it’s time for our second nap of the day.

Did the relatively weak streams on Spotify hurt this much for Gunna?

^That and the fact that this album has only 15 songs. His two previous albums managed more than 100k weekly SPS with 20 and 26 songs, respectively. Even his first album managed 90k SPS with 16 songs.

Morgan's "30" era can't come soon enough I wonder when all is said and done how much profit is made by Morgan vs Taylor’s Midnights. I feel like physical albums are still more lucrative than streams.

UPDATE: KQ/RCA’s ATEEZ has moved into the runner-up slot thanks to stronger-than-expected physical sales. Can the EP break 100k and possibly challenge Wallen for the top slot? Check back Friday for the final HITS Top 50.

Imma need Speak Now to end this Morgan craze already like imagine how tired we are My bet is that Speak Now spends a couple of weeks at #1 before Morgan Wallen goes right back to #1. Yeah. If any Taylor project is gonna actually have legs at #1 (by her standards), it's probably Lover (from the Vault) because the songs are outperforming anything on Speak Now with ease. It's a shame that re-release isn't actually happening as far as we know. (Plus that album is one of my faves and I think it only got that single week at #1). Speak Now TV is giving me Fearless TV vibes - a win by any measure but not a huge event that stays high on the charts. I predict Midnights and Lover will eventually remain her two top sellers after initial hype dies down.

I predict Midnights and Lover will eventually remain her two top sellers after initial hype dies down. I expect a huge debut week for Speak Now, lead primarily by physicals and maybe a 10-20 week run in the top 10 because July/August/September are going to be flooded with new releases.
