Very suprised to see All For You here. Yes. Did more than the two big singles chart? For some reason I tend to forget how many hits Future Sex had on it. Wild Ones was a real surprise to me here. I don't remember more than 1-2 songs from it, yeesh. I need to look it up. What year did this chart start?

There was Doesn't Really Matter which I included because it was released as a soundtrack single, but she put it on the AFY album which helped her make it. The 1st four singles from Wild Ones, I remember being huge at the time, there was Good Feeling, Wild Ones, Whistle, and I Cry. Chart started in Oct. 1992

Thanks for compiling!! It would be cool to also see the individual peaks for all the songs on each album (I think I have access to most of them, though it would take a long time to do the research and type them out, but you must have them more readily available, so if other people are interested as well, maybe that's something you can provide!)
Surprised that Destiny's Child didn't make the list! I would've thought definitely Writing's On The Wall, but Bills Bills Bills was surprisingly only #26 and Bug a Boo didn't chart (Say My Name was #3 and Jumpin Jumpin #1). And then Survivor had four pop radio top 10s (Independent Women - #1, Survivor - #2, Bootilicious - #6, and Emotion - #8), so that's surprising that didn't make it, especially with A Girl Like Me making it but with one fewer hit (SOS - #1, Unfaithful - #2, and Break It Off #6).
FTR FutureSex/LoveSounds had 6 pop radio hits (SexyBack, My Love, What Goes Around, and Summer Love, which were all #1, and LoveStoned - #4, and Until The End Of Time - #26).

Actually, thank you for bringing that up. I forgot DC had IW on their Survivor album. DC made the list with just 1,976,000 points. I'll update when I get a chance. I was suprised at AGLY making the list as well. However, SOS almost netted over 1M points. That added in with a #2 peak and another top ten peak. You get Rihanna barely making the list. I can put in the indivudal peaks when I get a chance

Yeah I thought that might've been the case. For sure, no worries!

What a fun list! Lots of classics on here from across the 30 years.
Out of curiosity, I assume charts moved quicker in the 90s (except the Hot AC-leaning hits of the late 90s) but I'm wondering how the list would look if certain years were weighted to give quicker-moving years equal footing to slower periods. Mainly, I'm just looking for reasons to bump the 90s albums. I remember ones like Jagged Little Pill and Cracked Rear View being monsters in terms of singles-chart performance on the pop chart, though the true monsters were the ones in the mid-2000s when albums were generating 5-7 hits, like the ones we're seeing in the top 10 of this list. Also happy to see Another Night by Real McCoy on here too.
Would also be interesting to see a detailed list of the singles and their chart performance from each album. Not that I'm expecting that because that would be a ton of work, but it would be neat to see the songs performances and which singles came from each album.
Yep, big fan of this thread!
