Absolutely correct choice for a single.

Great choice, and I’m sure it will be huge. I just hope that they don’t leave “98 Braves” behind, but I’m sure that they can still go a couple more singles deep.

One of the best songs on the album, glad it’s getting released as a single. Maybe it can help give Eric Church a boost too after he’s lost some momentum. Could definitely help set up his next lead single nicely.

Probably one of his better singles so far. If this only further delays a single push for Cowgirls then that’s even better.

Why couldn’t we have gotten 98 Braves. Would have fit perfectly with how the Braves season ended this year.

A Wallen song I can fully get behind. Really good stuff. Would it be better as a Church solo song, sure. But it's fine this way and it should be a big hit.

He can keep Cowgirls though, that one is atrocious. lol

Solid choice, but I definitely cannot wait to see 98 Braves released as a single. I also hope he just also promotes Cowgirls simultaneously, as there are so many great songs on the album that deserve to be singles, and I just don't want him to waste time by releasing a standalone singles at this point.

I don't get "Cowgirls". Its fine, but doesn't feel nearly as hitty as "Last Night" or "Thinking Bout Me". They should bail on the dual singles and put their efforts into this one imo. When they've pushed 2, 1 has suffered, even with Morgan being as big as he is. OTAAT peaked at 5, EIL looks like it will fall short. And the overplay fatigue is a real thing for the listener. Man Made A Bar is a great song, and if Morgan put all his eggs in this basket for a run I think it will pay dividends

I really wanted them to go with "98 Braves," however, "Man Made a Bar" is also a solid choice.

"98 Braves" is fine and all, but give me "Man Made a Bar" aaaany day over that one. They made the right choice. I think this one should easily sail to the top of the charts and won't have the same hiccups that his last two countrier releases had when going up against his poppier releases. The hook on this one is just money. The melody is money. The vocals are money (from both parties). I expect this to be a total smash and I couldn't be happier to see it as it's solidly one of my top 5 fave Morgan Wallen songs to date.

I couldn’t help but think how awesome it would be if instead of Eric Church…Morgan got George Strait to do this with. I bet George is asked all the time to do features on other people’s songs and he very rarely ever does. Great song nonetheless

I remember Morgan posting this on Twitter about Cowgirls and 98 Braves, so I’d say that’s as official as it could be. As far as Man Made A Bar, this is among my favorite songs on the album and I’m beyond thrilled that it’s now a single. I do find it very interesting that the two biggest artists in the genre at the moment, Morgan Wallen & Luke Combs, both now have singles with Eric Church. Shows how truly respected in the industry Eric Church is by todays top singers.

And both of them included a song that Eric Church has co-written in their albums (My Song Will Never Die for Luke, Quittin' Time for Morgan).

This might be my favorite duet by two male artists to go to radio in a long time. However there’s a duet by two male artists that never went to radio that I still love to this day. The duet I’m talking about is Brad Paisley & Alan Jackson’s “Out In The Parkin’ Lot”. That song should’ve been a single.

I wonder if they go ahead and push "Cowgirls" next once TBM and EIL are off the charts, as his next duel release, to follow up TBM on pop radio.
I'm still pulling for 98 Braves sooner rather than later though.

I'm still pulling for 98 Braves sooner rather than later though. I think he should then release Cowgirls and end the singles with 98 Braves. Cowgirls is still appearing on US and Canada's Top iTunes, Spotify, and AM (albeit in the #150-#200 range). It makes sense to send that out first and expand on its still lingering popularity. Then end it with 98 Braves which is an amazing song.

The intro of this song to me has vibes of 80s George Strait music. Should be another smash for Morgan and give Eric a little momentum when he comes out with new music.

Top 40 on Country.50 38 MORGAN WALLEN Man Made A Bar f/Eric Church 1023 717 306 4.535 Just a side note and a heads up, don't make these into daily posts as that is frowned upon in the country forum since we have the Daily Mediabase thread.
