2023 Billboard Hot 100 Year-End Rankdown (Finished!)

Vampire is still really good and yet not even among the top half on GUTS (this was after i sent btw)
I wouldn't call Anti-Hero my favorite song on Midnights or among my absolute favs from my 3rd favorite artist, but it's still really good.
Dance The Night is honestly better than half of FN lol. Do agree that Houdini CLEARS though.
There's like half a dozen Zach songs better than IRE and yet it's still great. Very glad he atleast had one song in the top 10.
Cuff It's a bop, what else is there to say?
Honestly Bad Habit grew on me compared to last year. With production like that Steve's voice is only a minor downgrade.
Honestly doing the GUTS RD made me realize Bad Idea Right? might be my favorite Olivia song now. The fact it's only 3 is insane. Similarly, the fact Escapism is only 4 for me is insane too but my top 3 are songs i'd revisit more tbh.
I kinda underranked Cruel Summer tbh. I still stand by the opinion it's not Taylor's best song but boy it's close.
The fact that my 2nd lowest rank in this top 10 won and i'm not even that mad. Yeah there are a number of SZA songs i'd say are better than this but i will take this as a more unique winner and it's still really good.

Closing Statement:

I would just like to thank everyone for participating in this year's rankdown! 85 lists is the most lists I have ever received (and will ever receive, let's be real) for a rankdown, and I'm so glad that helped make this rankdown truly feel like an event like it always is every year on this website. I wanted to be the one to step up to the plate this year since I've been very comfortable hosting more niche 100-song rankdowns such as the RYM series, so I wanted to take a risk. And it paid off! Samo and Wrip are a very hard act to follow up, but I say that I did them proud. I don't know how I managed to get through of all this alone LMAO, especially with all the shit that has occurred over the past ten days, but I did it. I'm very happy that the gifs in the previews kept people entertained haha, and that I got to embrace my inner Swiftie leading up to the #11 reveal with those hard ass gif hints. The compliments on my graphics especially truly warmed my heart, since I want to pursue a long-term career in graphic design after college. So it makes me feel really good about the path I'm on right now :)
