This should be #1 on this format by now.

Knowing he’s out of his prime with a comeback era similar to Justin Timberlake (but launching off a MUCH larger platform) and his genre not having the highest sales or streams- I think it’s a very smart strategy to for gamma to have different singles being pushed to multiple formats following the multi format push of Good Good, which has had NICE longevity. I think this is going to at least get a week at the top of R&B with some longevity giving him 2 songs in the top 10 for a minute. Ruin is being pushed to harder more mainstreams formats of Rhythmic and Urban where I can see him pulling off at least a slow gaining top 10 on both formats, due to his name alone but its other metrics at that point will determine how high it’ll go after that. Kissing Strangers is being pushed to the most competitive format of CHR and is coming off a top 10 peak there so I’m envisioning at least a slow gaining top 15/20 peak and his other metrics will decide how much further it goes than that IMO. This won’t result in many billboard hot 100 placements but it’ll definitely give him a heavy radio presence through the rest of the year, especially on urban formats. I wish Kissing strangers performed better and so did ruin. Hopefully we will be hearing some more great news regarding this era soon. Coming Home is an amazing album by Usher. Risk it all and Good Good is continuing to go strong on urban/R&B format. If R&B was in a better position like in 2000s to early 2010s, then Usher would be performing much better.

Kissing strangers definitely struggled with streams and especially Shazam (Ruin and Good Good both were performing better) which probably played a big part in it not succeeding on radio. I could see a deluxe version of this album with another shot at an urban/r&b/rhythmic hit but because he’s past his prime, I’m not expecting more than one multi format mainstream success from his eras especially on pop- which is still impressive.

Ruin is boring as hell. Kissing Strangers would have went #1 ten years ago

We should be expecting a rerelease. From 2021-2023, The Vegas residency has boosted Usher's streams since he started the show. His streams will keep rising as time progresses especially with Past, present and future tour. The tour will be huge. Even though he's not in his prime, I can see him dropping 1-2 global hits, getting another song as a featured act and 1-2 more urban/r&b/rhythmic hits before he drops the re-release and promotes this era more.
