I wouldn’t be worried at all, on the least amount of stations in the Top 10 movers and hasn’t even hit the Top 40 until tomorrow. This will continue to build and probably explode after Memorial Weekend when based on simple math and chart movement history, it will be near the Top 20.

Very old take, but see this having a run like Lights by Ellie Goulding.

Feeling very good about this prediction from 100 days ago.

Would love if anyone had the “Lights” chart run. That being said, Goulding did not have an even bigger hit waiting to explode.

Istrongly believe at some point in September we will see CR with two Top 10’d simultaneously. GLB will hang around forever, don’t think any of the other songs sound like a streak of hits ala Gaga 15 years ago, but I think streaming says otherwise.

Heck, AC is starting to jump on this (and they should)

Thank goodness they are finally fully on board. This climb felt beyond glacial. Hoping this hits #1 imminently so we can fully move on to HTG so we can move on to Red Wine Supernova, which I maintain has the most hit potential of any song she’s yet recorded. But not if it takes too long to get to it though, we know how fickle the streaming era is for album eras to not be able to last very long.

On an aside, I’ve never seen anyone bring this up, but I swear the “good luck babe” part of this sounds so much like the "da da da…" post-chorus from the 80s hit 500 Miles. To the point I legit thought it was a sample/interpolation when I first heard this and am still kinda surprised it isn’t credited as such lol.

That’s an interesting song reference, I hate that song but of course consider this in the same category as pop perfection as “Torn” by Natalie Imbruglia. (God that’s an old reference)

There are times where I feel like this song reminds me of Mr. Brightside by The Killers.

I heard the slow breakdown in the ending of this song for the first time today despite listening to this a lot (I always automatically restart once I get close to the end) and WOW. Such a brilliant touch. It's so exciting to watch an artist coming up and not just a singer.
