While this is a ranking of the top 100 streamed songs of the 1970s, when I compiled the list a year ago, I actually recorded the top 200 songs. As such, I have plenty of extras to share in between entries. I'll also share the total streams I recorded (though, given this was a year ago, the number are definitely outdated

This song is fine, but am I crazy for thinking that either the song or the video should be teaching you how to do "the freak?" They spend the whole song hyping it up, you'd think they'd want to actually come up with a dance for it? Or maybe they did and I'm just not old enough to realize it? Idk

I won't put a "whamy" on my own list so... 1. Which song will rank #1? What will the top 10 be? Better be mine. same answer. 2. Which song will rank #100? What will the bottom 10 be? No iconic awful songs, but I'll take any of the ones I put in my tank. 3. What will be the highest and lowest ranking song from the following acts? highest = blue lowest = redThese are not necessarily my ranking choices-Queen ( Bohemian Rhapsody, Don't Stop Me Now, We Will Rock You, Somebody to Love, We Are the Champions, Killer Queen, Love of My Life) -Bob Marley (Is This Love, Three Little Birds, One love/People Get Ready, Jamming, No Woman No Cry) -Fleetwood Mac ( Dreams, The Chain, Go Your Own Way, Landslide, Rhiannon) -Elton John ( Rocket Man, Your Song, Tiny Dancer, Don't Go Breaking My Heart) -Pink Floyd ( Another Brick in the Wall, Wish You Were Here, Comfortably Numb, Money) -Eric Clapton ( Layla, Wonderful Tonight, Cocaine, ) also My Sweet Lord= George Harrison. Or was that a test to see who is paying attention?-ABBA ( Dancing Queen, Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!, Mamma Mia) -Bee Gees ( Stayin' Alive, How Deep is Your Love, More Than a Woman) -Led Zeppelin ( Stairway to Heaven, Immigrant Song, Kashmir) -Lynyrd Skynyrd (Sweet Home Alabama, Simple Man, Free Bird) -The Beatles ( Imagine, Let it Be, My Sweet Lord) 4. Which of the following songs will rank highest? -Don't Stop... a) Me Now b) Til You Get Enough-__ Man a) Iron (or maybe just on my list?) b) Simple c) Star -More Than a... a) Feelingb) Woman -__ Queen a) Dancingb) Killer -Highest R&B song a) Ain't No Sunshine b) Come and Get Your Love c) Easy d) Let's Stay Togethere) Lovely Day Not for nothing , but me things "Superstition" takes the R&B crown -Highest country song a) Joleneb) Take Me Home, Country Roads c) The Gambler 5. Which song will have the highest standard deviation? Which one will have the lowest? highest "Walk This Way" something about the "kitty in the middle.." rubs some peeps the wrong way, but also rubs some the right way. Guess how it rubs me? . Also super popular songs that have been played to death are always in danger in these rds. lowest "Heart of Glass"everyone loves this jam. or so they should. LET THE SLAUGHTER COMMENCE!

1. Which song will rank #1? What will the top 10 be? guessing Dreams for #1 idk about the top 10 but hoping for a Bowie double up
2. Which song will rank #100? What will the bottom 10 be? i'll guess Wonderful Tonight for #100 some other bottom 10 contenders would be The Joker, Cocaine & HOAF.
3. What will be the highest and lowest ranking song from the following acts? highest = bold, lowest = underscore -Queen (Bohemian Rhapsody, Don't Stop Me Now, We Will Rock You, Somebody to Love, We Are the Champions, Killer Queen, Love of My Life) could see Killer Queen being the highest but it might not get enough 9s & 10s -Bob Marley (Is This Love, Three Little Birds, One love/People Get Ready, Jamming, No Woman No Cry) -Fleetwood Mac (Dreams, The Chain, Go Your Own Way (praying hands emoji), Landslide, Rhiannon) -Elton John (Rocket Man, Your Song, Tiny Dancer, Don't Go Breaking My Heart) -Pink Floyd (Another Brick in the Wall, Wish You Were Here, Comfortably Numb, Money) probably wishful thinking lol -Eric Clapton (Layla, Wonderful Tonight, Cocaine) -ABBA (Dancing Queen, Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!, Mamma Mia) -Bee Gees (Stayin' Alive, How Deep is Your Love, More Than a Woman) -Led Zeppelin (Stairway to Heaven, Immigrant Song, Kashmir) -Lynyrd Skynyrd (Sweet Home Alabama, Simple Man, Free Bird) -The Beatles (Imagine, Let it Be, My Sweet Lord)
4. Which of the following songs will rank highest? -Don't Stop... a) Me Now b) Til You Get Enough
-__ Man a) Iron b) Simple c) Star as long as it's A or C i'm satisfied
-More Than a... a) Feeling b) Woman
-__ Queen a) Dancing b) Killer
-Highest R&B song a) Ain't No Sunshine b) Come and Get Your Love c) Easy d) Let's Stay Together e) Lovely Day A or D please !
-Highest country song a) Jolene b) Take Me Home, Country Roads c) The Gambler
5. Which song will have the highest standard deviation? Which one will have the lowest? BohRhap for highest? still expect it do well overall though i'll guess Dreams for the lowest SD

This song is close to clicking for me, but the faux-50s style just really grates on me for some reason. Which id really kinda true about Grease in general.

Speaking as someone who is in an interracial relationship, this might be my least favorite song in this entire list. Not because the subject matter isn't something that should be discussed, but because of where it ultimately concludes. Jagger, if you're gonna ask if your proclivity for black women is no different than the slavers before you, a celebratory conclusion and no hint of changing anything is the absolute worst note to end on. I'm glad they don't perform this anymore. Also, the tenor sax sounds like a kazoo.

I'm glad I looked this song up on Genius. I would not have gotten this song, or known that this (and apparently Baba O'Riley) were part of an incomplete rock opera. Based on those two songs, it seems like a really cool idea that I would have liked to see the idea fleshed out.

Detroit Rock City - KISS A staple of the band on concert sets. Usually the encore song. Especially when playing in Detroit. This would have rocked my top 10 so much the rank down would tumble.

Summer Nights - John Travolta & Olivia Newton-John Super classic. I would have slotted both Grease Jams side by side, but would have ranked the title track and especially "Greased Lightning" and "Sandy" way up there. John Travolta had the perfect vocals for this musical.

AND WE'RE LIVE.Feel free to tune in. Just as a recap, here's how the rankdown will work 1. Songs will be ordered based on their average rating 2. For songs that are tied in rating, the tie will be broken based on positional points 3. Two standard deviations will be listed. One based on rating, the other based on position.

Since you revealing from rating, I’m curious to see how the results would be via ranks too maybe I’ll keep stats of it , unless you’ll reveal all that too as you said. Otherwise I’m a little confused but I’ll let you do your thing.
