Anyone noticed that when they played Please Please Please, they did their own edit based off the original explicit version in which they censored half of the word “mother-“ instead of using the official clean version that changes it to “little sucker”? Hopefully they switch to the official clean version in upcoming shows

Guest hosting might help The Swallows gain airplay and possibly hit the countdown in the future to get more exposure on the radio because they have been pretty much steady in regards to increase in spins. This the latest update
37 36 SWALLOWS Calling After Me 1180 1070 110 1.514 + 12 spins + 12 bullet + 0.019 audience

The Swallows originate from the LA area so maybe it was convenient for Ryan Seacrest to get them to replace him (again as an another guest host).

Does anyone know if Ryan is back this upcoming weekend or is it another guest host?

Does anyone know if Ryan is back this upcoming weekend or is it another guest host? Sometimes guest hosts don't announce if Seacrest will return to the studio for main host. For me, I usually find out if a guest host will be taking over by looking at the American Top 40 instagram. If tomorrow there's no story or post about a guest host taking over, then Ryan Seacrest will most likely return for this week's countdown.

Very impressive that there are still 8 songs on the AT40 countdown in the middle of July that debuted the prior year (in this case 2023). Two songs still remain that debuted in 2023 but they should be off the top 10 next countdown with hopefully Ryan Seacrest and not another kid rookie band like the Swallows.

There is still no word if there is going to another guest host following the Swallows from last week.
