Second studio album released on October 9, 1989 by Mushroom, PWL, and Geffen Records. It was produced by Stock, Aitken, and Waterman. The album peaked at #1 in the U.K. and was certified 4x Platinum there, while it peaked at #9 in Australia and was certified Platinum in that country. I enjoy all the tracks from this album. It's very carefree and innocent. Very reminiscent of the other teen pop idols during her time like Debbie Gibson and Tiffany. "Hand On Your Heart" #1 U.K., #1 U.K. Dance, #4 Australia
"Wouldn't Change A Thing" #2 U.K., #7 U.K. Dance, #6 Australia
"Never Too Late" #4 U.K., #23 U.K. Dance, #14 Australia
"Tears On My Pillow" #1 U.K., #38 U.K. Dance, #20 Australia

I adore Kylie, she's one of my all time favs. But I just can't with her first two albums. I don't like the production and mixing barring a couple of tracks (they really got their sh*t together with Rhythm Of Love though). "Never Too Late" is definitely my fav track, the melody pops through.
