I'm not going to mention songs like "Addicted," "Big Yellow Taxi," and anything by artists like Christina, Britney, Advil, etc. because they're just as hated as they are liked.
Coldplay - "Yellow" Coldplay - "In My Place" Coldplay - "Got Put a Smile Upon Your Face" (yeah, they do have some good songs, but they are easily the most overrated band ever... damn ABC-TV) Eagles - "Hotel California" Led Zeppelin - "Stairway to Heaven" (this song sucks after the first 3 minutes... no need to keep going) Red Hot Chili Peppers - "Scar Tissue" (this song makes no sense) Michelle Branch - "Everywhere" (neither does this one)

Michelle Branch - "Everywhere" (neither does this one) I don't like that song either.

The two most overrated song in the history of music!
Agreed, I see absolutely no appeal in this song.

Huge pet peeve of mine! You have not heard all country songs. Another pet peeve... but we don't have to go there.

Vanessa Carlton "A Thousand Miles" (Why did THIS crap keep Ashanti out of #1?) i agree with Vanessa.. but the better question should be... "how the heck did Ashanti's HORRIBLE tune actually manage to get to #2?" Vanessa Carlton "Ordinary Day" yep here too

Well I don't think that the song "Foolish" went to #2 on the CHR/Pop charts by chance. It also managed to make #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, #1 at Urban and #1 at Rhythmic, so it is quite apparent that someone MUST have seen good into the track.

I hated "Ignition" with a passion - I have no idea how that became a worldwide hit for R.K.

I loved "Foolish" it sampled "One More Chance" very well. I wasnt suprised it went to #2. It was a great song.

"(There's Gotta Be) More to Life" "Stole" "Fighter" (don't hate it, just don't see the big deal about it) >:( I love all of these! They all have great messages for everyone. And the big deal about "Fighter" is in the lyrics. Its a great song that should have went to #1.
