This sounds great in full. Better than anything off their last album (but is that really saying much?).

My Radio Station (Kiss 1061,, http://www.kiss1061.com) is premiering this at 4:15pm PST I'll try to rip it
EDIT::
I just listened to (and ripped) it and its a pretty good song. It's upbeat, and less pop than anything on their latest album. I'm not allowed to post a link, am i? I guess if anyone wants it they can PM me?

Sounds OK , we'll see if rock radio gives them another chance.

I am very impressed with this, and its so much better than I expected it to be. It's just a great overall song, and comparable to Taking Back Sunday type stuff rather than really anything Good Charlotte put out previously. It does help to have Avenged Sevenfold, which can never be a bad thing, but even without them I'm still content with this very much so.

Muchas gracias. I'll be clicking this just about every day until the album comes out (and I just thought about that: that's still over 2 months away. ) This, like the Tenacious D movie, is pleasantly even better than I thought it was going to be. I didn't anticipate M using such a raspy singing voice, but that's not a bad thing. I was starting to think I wasn't going to be able to pick Syn out of the guitars, but then in the last 30-45 seconds, obviously he came in. I really hope Alternative gives them another shot with this, if for no other reason than M & Syn being on it, but I don't have any expectations on rock (or Pop, for that matter) radio. I hear a potential #1 for my personal chart. I obviously like it, yet I don't see how this is really any different from stuff like "Walk Away (Maybe)," "Predictable," "Secrets," or "Mountain" off the last record.

This has grown on my quite bit. I never would have thought GC were capable of writing such a good song. I hope this does well.

That's a good song. M. Shadows doesn't sing that much in it though :(

That's a good song. M. Shadows doesn't sing that much in it though :( Weelll, it's a Good Charlotte song, so... I don't understand how big a part you were hoping for. He does the entire second verse by himself, and his "on my own" line repeats from the extended second chorus up to the last line of the song. He's a guest vocalist; he's not going to get a bigger part than Joel.

Well Amy Lee sings just as much in "Broken" by Seether, and Gwen Stefani has just a big of part in "Saw Red" by Sublime and they're just "guests"

...and then just as much, Maynard guests and has way more vocals than Chino on the Deftones' "Passenger," etc.
I heard this song for the first time today. It's ok.

Well Amy Lee sings just as much in "Broken" by Seether, That was Wind-Up's doing. You do realize that she's not in the album version at all, right? Wind-Up just had Amy be on the single in order to capitalize on Evanescence's success, and since the two were going out at the time, they probably didn't think anything of it, although since then Seether has really disliked the success they had off that single.

Yeah, I don't like the album version that much for some reason. It doesn't have the same build up that the single has. Why don't they like success though?

They don't like getting success off of someone else and the pop crowd, is what I'm saying. And meh. I like the album version better.

Yeah it brought in different fans than they wanted perhaps?

I didn't care for this band when I heard them on the radio some time ago and I thought they looked like a bunch of idiots, but since I liked "The River" and because I like to give things a chance, I decided to check out the new album, and hey, I like it.
I don't know what they sounded like before, but I like that they seem to be embracing their inner pop and not particularly caring how punk they remain afterward. That one song, "Keep Your Hands Off My Girl", is absolutely ridiculous though. They should've kept that track on the cutting room floor.

"Keep Your Hands Off My Girl" will be the "I Just Wanna Live" of this album, in that, I can clearly see why people would hate it, but I have no problem enjoying it whatsoever.
I just hope they don't release it as a single. If nothing else, they won't have learned a thing from last time.
I'm very much looking forward to this record on the 27th.

Like I've probably told you countless times. Their first two albums are still some of my all-time favorites, so obviously I'd recommend them for sure. As I've also said previously, I didn't like about half of their last album, but you may think differently. I had no idea that their new album leaked as well. Another album to help my return back not seem so horrible
