Just noticed that the post times are about 7 minutes faster than the actual time... Right now it is 4:32 PM PDT. Let's see what the post says.

In your profile, you will see a section called "Preferences". Under that section is the following:
Time Offset: Number of hours +/- the current forum time to make the displayed time your local time.
In order to synchronize the forum time with your time, you'll need to add a .15 to whatever you had already to make it within a minute or so. This worked for me, but might not for you, so if it is still messed up, let me know.

I had to set mine at -0.17.

Edit: My forum time is 9 minutes faster than my actual time.

You can also see the time at the top of the page.
-.151 put it within three seconds of my computer's clock.
