What do you think will be the #1's until January? My predictions, I figured estimated spin totals by the latest airplay gains and such to come up with some projected #1's. R&R Date 12/19: Outkast "Hey Ya" 12/26: Outkast "Hey Ya" 1/2: Outkast "Hey Ya" 1/9: Outkast "Hey Ya" 1/16: Nickelback "Someday" 1/23: Kelis "Milkshake" or Outkast "The Way You Move" 1/30: Kelis "Milkshake" or Outkast "The Way You Move" Even though there won't be any published dates for the 12/26 & 1/2 chart, I still think Outkast will most definetly hold on to #1, unless they just see huge spins losses over Christmas and Nickelback makes some fast gains. My mid-January I think Nickelback may be able to snag just 1 week at #1, before getting booted out by either Kelis or Outkast, which is really hard to tell right now since they are currently so close together on the charts, Kelis might pass Outkast by tomorrow. What does everyone else predict for the start of 2004!

Simple Plan is having Nickelback like gains currently (SP is at 581, Nickelback is at 593) unless Simple Plan sees drastic losses, they "could" challenge for number one, though i personally doubt that

In September these two were at #1 & 2 for a while and they were so close. Ultimately, Shake Ya Tailfeather kept CHUD out of #1 >:(

Ultimately, Shake Ya Tailfeather kept CHUD out of #1 >:( Can't Hold Us Down was never at #2. It peaked at #3 (even though it was #2 midweek for part of 1 week I think) They never really battled. Shake Ya Tailfeather was ahead of Can't Hold Us Down.

12/19: Outkast "Hey Ya" 12/26: Outkast "Hey Ya" 1/2: Outkast- "Hey Ya" 1/9: Outkast- "Hey Ya" 1/16: Outkast- "Hey Ya"/Kelis "Milkshake" (I don't think "The Way You Move will top it, cause it's already played out a little bit on rhythmic and urban stations) 1/23: Kelis "Milkshake" 1/30: Kelis "Milkshake"
Beyond that, it's hard to tell, but I think "Numb," "F**k It (I Don't Want You Back)," and "My Immortal," have a good chance of hitting number one and maybe even "Slow" if it gains enough attention and boosts up the chart on it's add date.

maybe even "Slow" if it gains enough attention and boosts up the chart on it's add date. I dont think "Slow" can top it at all. Personally, I like it...but it gets annoyingly repetative. I think "Slow" will peak at #15, since its add date is in January.

??? Yikes!! That would be the worse #1 song ever, it doesn't even sound like a top 10! If that hit #1 Pop would never be the same again, it would be worse than it ever has been.

There's no way in hell "F**k It" is going to #1. Quite a few stations probably won't even touch it, let alone put it in high rotation.

Yeah that fuck it song sucks ass. I thought it was going to be good. Its just fuckin horrible instead.
Hey Ya for 3 more weeks. Someday for maybe a week but I think this song will loose steam by then. Milkshake/The Way You Move for 4 weeks between the two of them.
