I can see this cracking the top 40.
Also, I'm still curious as to why she's decided to release "Chocolate" as the 3rd single.

For reasons unknown Kylie has pulled out of VH1 Divas.
It is very disapointing seeing as nothing ever seems to go right for her in the USA.
I just hope this song will give her another hit, so that a third single will be released. But she really needs to be in America for longer periods of time. She stays usually 2 weeks max - its not enough to get her name out there or her face well known.
(Although she was on the cover of the National Enquirer the other day ;))

Yeah I'm shocked she pulled out of Divas, I feel like that was her last chance to get her videos and music out there, and get this album moving.
Oh well. She's still huge everywhere else, so as long as she's still making music in general I don't really care if she's big here or not.

Appalled. I cant believe she pulled out of Divas Live! Its one thing to not worry about promoting and getting platinum records and #1s in the US...but its another thing when you almost dont even want to be known in the US. It just doesnt make sense. And, RBW's bullet dropped about 10 from yesterday to +183

Slowly but surely she has made it into the top 60.
She could get into the New & ACtive spot by Sunday. She is getting more adds, today she only had 3 starters, but you got to start somewhere.
As for videos on MTV Can't Get You Out Of MY Head spent the longest at #1 2 years ago. Love At First Sight also made it into MTV's top 100. Come Into My World (I don't know what it did)

It needs more adds in big cities! A Z100 add would help! Boston's Kiss picked it up one week...but only 2 spins :/ Plus, LA is a dance leaning Pop station. They lead with "Slow" and they played In-Grid and i believe they currenty play Angel City.

"Red Blooded Woman," is quite suiting to the whole New York City dance club scene. I can't wait until they add it!

Well let's not kid outselves here. She's only #58 because of the numerous songs sent to recurrent, and would have to more than double her current spin total to hit the chart, which, judging by her gain trend, will require around 2 months.

"Slow" was played once, when Kylie appeared in studio. "RBW" is done. She really messed up her chance..

Agreed, although I don't really feel bad, because she obviously doesn't care. Ditto...as much as i LOVE Kylie...she doesnt deserve success in the US...she doesnt promote...so why would we [the US Radio] give her a top 10 hit? She needs to wake up and smell the coffee and realize all she needs is a month in the US to promote and she can establish herself. An appearance on TRL could do wonders.

She's not a moron... she knows what she's doing. If she cared so much about US success she'd obviously try harder. She's rolling in money, she's hugely famous worldwide... why does she need to promote her ass off in the US as well? Clearly she just doesn't think it's worth the bother. Not that hard to understand really.

KISS also played "Slow" and I never once heard Z100 play it. They actually did play Slow. That's when she was on the morning show I believe. She may have been played more than once, I'm not sure. I just remember it not getting much if any play after that. I think RBW is better than Slow. I just wish it would do something. It's doing better than Slow did from what I remember, but not by very much.

Referring to Z100's influence on other stations, Has there ever been any proof of this? Seriously? Yes, Z100 is by far the biggest CHR trendsetter in the country. Ask a CHR programmer what stations they watch. The answers may vary by region, but I bet more than half name Z100. Also, the CHRs right around NYC, and there are a bunch, follow Z100 very closely. If a song starts doing well at Z100, chances are it will be requested at stations like K104, BLI, PST, and B98.5. When a programmer starts getting massive requests for a song his station isn't even on, he's going to take notice.

When a programmer starts getting massive requests for a song his station isn't even on, he's going to take notice. I'm sure people will look at other large market stations too. Weren't there several dance songs that did pretty well on Z100 but not anywhere else? I'm sure many other examples abound. Roc Ya Body (Mic Check 1, 2) is another example, I think. I don't think anyone should assume that what Z100 plays is what the millions of people in NYC want to hear. They're probably the station most susceptible to payola. Also, they were the leader for "Take My Breath Away" for quite some time, and we all know that's because Jessica Simpson did a commercial for them.

I keep seeing the video for RBW on MuchMoreMusic and it's a really catchy song...she looks great in the video as well
I havent heard it on the radio, and z103 played "Slow" quite a bit and it did fairly well, reaching the Top 5 on their Weekly Top 40, if I remember correctly.
This song is pretty good though
