Could someone please post the chart? I slept on and off during the show. However, I could swear I remember hearing "You Don't Know My Name" by Alicia Keys twice.

Didn't start this thread Friday as I was getting ready to leave for a weekend ski trip. Managed to jot down the first two and a half hours, recorded the rest (listening to it now).
And no, you weren't imagining things. Alicia was played twice (although, he never called it an AT40 Focus. It was, evidently, just an extra).
Here's what I've got so far:
American Top 40 - Feburary 14, 2004 LW TW Artist "Title" -- 40 Sarah Connor "Bounce" 33 39 Alicia Keys "You Don't Know My Name" 36 38 J.C. Chasez featuring Dirt McGirt "Some Girls (Dance With Women)" 37 37 Nick Cannon featuring R. Kelly "Gigolo" 35 36 Liz Phair "Why Can't I?" 31 35 Dido "White Flag" 29 34 Black Eyed Peas featuring Justin Timberlake "Where Is The Love?" 24 33 Staind "So Far Away" -- 32 Hilary Duff "Come Clean" 27 31 Maroon5 "Harder To Breathe" 34 30 50 Cent "In Da Club" 30 29 Fuel "Falls On Me" 28 28 Nelly, P. Diddy, and Murphy Lee "Shake Ya Tailfeather" 25 27 Santana featuring Alex Band "Why Don't You And I" 20 26 Chingy featuring Ludacris and Snoop Dogg "Holidae In" Extra: 311 "Love Song" 32 25 Twista featuring Kanye West and Jamie Foxx "Slow Jamz" 26 24 Murphy Lee featuring Jermaine Dupri "Wat Da Hook Gon Be" 38 23 Usher featuring Lil' Jon and Ludacris "Yeah!" 16 22 Christina Aguilera "The Voice Within" 18 21 Lil' Jon and The East Side Boyz featuring Ying Yang Twins "Get Low" AT40 Correspondant: Martin K. (Hot 99.5, Washington D.C.) 23 20 Sheryl Crow "The First Cut Is The Deepest" 22 19 Kelly Clarkson "The Trouble With Love Is" 21 18 Good Charlotte "Hold On" 15 17 Beyonce' featuring Sean Paul "Baby Boy" 17 16 Beyonce' "Me, Myself And I" Extra: Alicia Keys "You Don't Know My Name" 12 15 Trapt "Headstrong" 19 14 Evanescence "My Immortal" 11 13 Simple Plan "Perfect" 13 12 Eamon "F**k It (I Don't Want You Back)" 08 11 Kelis "Milkshake" Extra: Wayne Wonder "Hold Me Now"
DROPPERS: Stacie Orrico "(There's Gotta Be) More To Life" (from 40) Christina Aguilera featuring Lil' Kim "Can't Hold Us Down" (from 39)
NOTES/COMMENTARY: [/li][li] Yes, I can hear the groans from here. "In Da Club"s 5 week trend has now been 31-34-29-34-30. The song can't seem to decide where it's going. [/li][li] What's with the 311 extra? Ryan had Rob Schneider as an in-studio guest. He was talking about his movie 50 First Dates. That song is on the soundtrack. Yes, it's a cover of the The Cure song from the 80s. [/li][li] Adam Sandler was the in-studio guest for the 15-11 segment. Again, more talkd about 50 First Dates, and another song from the soundtrack (Wayne Wonder). Evidently, the soundtrack is comprised, mostly, of 80s covers.
And it looks like you'll have to get the top 10 from the web site tomorrow, as my cassette player decided to eat the tape.
This must be a sign.

What is the URL for the AT40 website? I keep forgetting to add it to my favorites.

The first three times a song was played twice, it was high on the chart and played as an extra first. This week Alicia was played on the chart first. This way is better because if they play a song twice, the listeners don't know until it gets played the second time. search.yahoo.com/search?p=American+Top+40&ei=UTF-8&fr=fp-tab-web-t&cop=mss&tab=The first 20 results didn't find the American Top 40 website. LOL. The first result is Rick Dees and the second result is American Country Countdown.

I slept on and off during the show. Sorry can't resist this one. The show puts me to sleep as well. It's almost the same as listening to a regular CHR radio shift. I go into the gas station, then they play the next song without any back announce. I have no idea what number they are on. I guess, I'm suppose to go the website for this information. I promised myself not to make any public statements about Mr. Seacrest. I getting real close to breaking that promise.

It's almost the same as listening to a regular CHR radio shift. Exactly... I'm surprised they only play one song twice during the show.

Looks like this show does have some good qualities. LW | TW | Artist | Song | TW | LW | +/- | Aud. | 201 | 98 | 311 | Love Song | 96 | 10 | 86 | 1.136 |
But the opposite will happen next week (and the same goes for Wayne Wonder) unless it leads to CHR-Pop stations playing those artists in regular rotation. It really only helps 311 if the chart was a Top 100 and it debuted because of American Top 40.
