This one's kind of daring, since not many people will come up with 10 songs, maybe even some won't know them, and my risks are usually failures even..
1. The Diamond Sea (five-minutes, twenty minutes, who cares?) 2. Death Valley 69 3. Shadow of a Doubt 4. Bull In The Heather 5. Teenage Riot 6. 100% 7. Superstar 8. Dirty Boots 9. The Empty Page 10. Sugar Kane

Hey bro, I'll make this topic worth your while. Sorry that I'm not punctual.
I also regret to inform you that, though my brother has every Sonic Youth album (and I've listened to all of them at least once), I can only remember songs from their albums that I own, which are Dirty, Experimental, Jet Set, Trash and No Star, and Washing Machine. (And I also own Bad Moon Rising because it was free and we were accidentally shipped two copies of it.) I realize Daydream Nation is their classic album, but I haven't gotten around to buying it and Goo, which I also liked a lot. So I don't remember those songs hardly at all. Basically they're too prolific for me to keep up with. They've exceeded my level of interest. If I listen to it more, I may get Murray Street eventually, and honestly, I don't think I ever listened to NYC Ghosts & Flowers, which, over time, has become one of my bro's favorite SY albums. So anyway, I just typed a mouthful, but I'm sure you'll appreciate it. But here's my Top 20 Sonic Youth songs, using my relatively limited familiarity with their vast catalog. Shoot, upon closer inspection, I can hardly remember any songs on EJST&NS by name only. Yeah, so basically my list consists of little else apart from Dirty and Washing Machine.
01. Sugar Kane 02. On the Strip 03. The Diamond Sea (in all its 19-minute glory) 04. Into the Groove(y) (Madonna cover) 05. Dirty Boots 06. Saucer-Like 07. Becuz 08. 100% (I think Spike Jonze directed the video) 09. Youth Against Facism 10. Chapel Hill 11. Junkie's Promise 12. Little Trouble Girl 13. Drunken Butterfly 14. Skip Tracer 15. No Queen Blues 16. Theresa's Sound-world 17. Bull in the Heather 18. Kool Thing 19. Sunday (Macaulay Culkin starred in the video.) 20. Unwind

Wow, I never even saw this topic until it was bumped up.
1) Kool Thing 2) Bull In The Heather 3) The Diamond Sea 4) The Empty Sea
Yeah, I don't know too many of their singles, at least by title.

Nice to see that I did get replies on this one in the end. I have a burned copy of EJST&NS, my first exposure to the band, which I would always listen to while going to sleep during a day when I was tired, just like I always was in the winter, when I got it. I heard stuff from Washing Machine, bought that online, and love it. I like that one a lot more though both are good.
Nice mention of "Into The Groovey". When I heard about that one, I decided to download it. I've also heard their rendition of "Addicted To Love" in the Ciccone Youth alias. I like "MacBeth" the best of all those songs I've heard though. But yeah, thanks dudes.
