s**t is terrible....I hope it flops. He's a flop! What happened to him just giving up? Yet you support William Hung? Anywho, second rate song by a third rate artist. Won't make Top 50.

Looking at the current trends, this should easily at least pass the peak spin total of "A.D.I.D.A.S.". Of course, that's not saying a lot.

I still don't understand why radio doesn't like JC. His album is pretty good...not great...but definitely worth playing on radio. I see no hope for this song. It's already going nowhere. Maybe a top 40, but that would be pushing it. JC should go back in the studio and start recording new material. Because this material is going nowhere on radio.

Gee... if he's third rate with all the great reviews he's gotten, then what's 1st or 2nd rate to you? Regardless of how some of you act like JC is crap and his songs suck, his album is easily one of the best reviewed pop albums this year. I know...I know... reviews don't matter, but at least it proves that there are people out there who like him. He might not have sold well and radio may have blacklisted him, but at least he has the satisfaction of knowing that he gained respect as an artist from a lot of critics who probably didn't expect such quality work from a boybander. Gotta love this board though. Some of you love some marginally talented artists who manage to do well (Jessica Simpson and Britney Spears are great examples) but act like some quality artists who don't do as well are crap. I also notice that female artists get a lot more love at this board than the males. VERY Amusing.

I also notice that female artists get a lot more love at this board than the males. VERY Amusing. Hmmm.... Yes, JC has received some good reviews, however there have also been some who haven't been such large fans of him: www.metacritic.com/music/artists/chasezjc/schizophrenic/So this proves that there have been albums with Pop influence or Pop in general that have garnered better reviews. His work isn't of such a high quality that you speak of either, "A.D.I.D.A.S." was, like his album in general, a cheap attempt to break the shackles of his younger days with a bubble-gum boy band. He likely figured, along with his label, that like JT he could gain undeserved credibility and sales through cheap and taudry controversy and turned heads (as did JT with CMAR, which might I add, the original version is much better). Also, I am neither a fan of Britney nor Jessica, I am a fan of basically all Rock 'n' Roll (except No Doubt and Nelly Furtado). Also, JC is a marginally talented artist, if you can actually call him one. If you want quality work in a solo album, look for Rob Thomas's debut coming soon, or Beyonce's album (four awesome singles in my opinion), or Eric Clapton, people with tangible talent.

Sorry all, the guy may be great for doing some different things but this is awful, and won't get him further with the album! Sounds like a 98 degrees song or Michael Jackson barf ballad. Hey at least in the music field he is ahead of Nick Lachey lol.

JC is a marginally talented artist, if you can actually call him one. "marginally talented" pretty much sums it up. You could also add uncharasmatic and unattractive if you wanted to pile on--I'll stick with "marginally talented."

This managed to outpeak "A.D.I.D.A.S."'s #65 peak by 14 spots, which is more than most of us probably thought it would do.

I hate to break it to some of the haters around here, but JC isn't going anywhere. BMW was basically dropped because he's already working on his second album for Jive. That means that all things Schizo are behind him (hence why BMW was allowed to die). Too bad, because it's a great album and that would have been a good song for the fall. Oh well...I can't wait for his next album. With Justin off making movies (he wants to be an "actor") and Britney imploding, JC may actually get the support from Jive he didn't last time.

His stuff last time around was great.
I don't know if he got lost in the merger or if it was because he refused to work with the producers Jive wanted, but his album didn't get the promo or support it deserved.
I do know that this time he's agreed to work with some of the producers they want (they gave him a list) as well as working with some of the people he likes. I guess he learned that he's going to have to compromise.

I loved the album, but I can see why it failed.
Next time he needs to go a bit more commercial, especially for singles.
