Kim Locke spent April, May and June doing all these radio station concerts, and it has paid off in a good number of early adds for "Wrong" (of the 32 early adds, nearly every one of them was a station for which Kim Locke did a concert). I don't care for the song, and don't see it really catching on as an anthem, but Curb and Kim Locke have done everything they can to give the song a chance.

KIMBERLEY LOCKE Wrong Producer(s): Matt Bronleewe Writer(s): Kaci, T. Lee, M. Bronleewe Publisher(s): Spunky Space Monkey (ASCAP); Shoecrazy (SESAC); Songs From the Farm/Windswept Pacific (BMI) Genre: POP Label/Catalog Number: Curb 1871 (CD promo) Source: Billboard Magazine Originally Reviewed: July 10, 2004 As great a pop song as "8th World Wonder" was for "American Idol" alumnus Kimberley Locke, second release "Wrong" reveals the singer's real-world versatility. There's no denying that this song sounds a lot like classmate Kelly Clarkson's worldwide smash "Miss Independent," in theme, melody and instrumentation, but the more aggressive posture suits this potent singer well. Opening with fierce guitars, the choral stance lets listeners know that Locke is nobody's reality-TV prisoner, and she holds on like a puppy with fresh rawhide for the full three minutes. Talk about a wonder—here's the song to propel this talent from novelty to pop nobility. Let's not forget that "8th World Wonder" topped the Hot 100 Singles Sales chart, so the fan base is waiting for radio to get off its duff.—CT

It looks like K.Lo is missing an arm. :( Nah, it's her new fitness regime. She's clasping hands behind her back and seeing how long she can keep them together. For the cover of her next single she'll be seen benchpressing 50 pounds.

It's airplay is hovering in the 300's, and it's taken a bit of a hit from just under +400 to around +350. I think it will get to about #32, as people originally predicted. Deserves more, but i'm rooting for it anyway.

I think the song is awesome. Although a similar sound to Miss Independent and Fighter, it has "radio" written all over it. Very catchy and her voice sounds awesome! I predict a peak in the top 10, if not a top 5. We'll just have to wait and see.

Songs not doing too well. I'm surprised...I thought radio would eat it up. It only has a bullet of +80 and isn't being played on many stations. I predicted a peak at 15, but I'm going to lower and say 35. No support from radio.
