i read that there is a Special Edition of "The Dutchess" in Japan with some bonus tracks and a DVD with all the videos... anyone knows if that edition has a different package or other bonus content AND if it will come out outside Japan?

According to the quick cut info the most spun songs after the 3 singles are..
Clumsy - 143 spins Big Girls Don't Cry - 83 spins All That I Got - 74 spins Here I Come - 52 spins Mary Jane Shoes - 26 spins Losing My Ground - 12 spins Pedestal -12 spins Finally - 11 spins Velvet - 2 spins Voodoo Doll - 1 spin
Looks like Clumsy might be a better choice than BGDC. Either way, BGDC should do good!

seems like BGDC will be released in Brasil as her 3rd single... "Glamorous" is nowhere on the Top100 Pop, while BGDC is already at #8 after only 3 weeks on the chart! LB was #1 and Fergalicious #2

A friend of mine in LA went to the taping of BGDC on American Idol, what will be shown on the results show on 4/18. He said Fergie's voice was awesome even in the sound check and she did very soulful rendition of BGDC, even better than the CD! He said she sounded better live.
I think this is a good choice. Fergie has been putting out fun but silly songs and people question if she can sing, this will show she can, especially if she can do that well live.
And the meaning of the song, which deals with her journey of recovery from addiction is something I think will really make an impact and help this song. I predict a huge hit, maybe not quickly, but I think it will do a lot of good for Fergie!

We dont have a offcial chart here in brasil...this "hot 100" is highly innacurate...radio is playing it (and just because of Big brother), but im pretty sure that the song is not #8. and btw Joven pan and transamerica are playing "Glamorous". Hot100Brasil is a complete joke, i don't even enter that website so i don't know if BGDC is there i'm talkin' about this chart, it's the closest of an official chart we have: www.playlistbrasil.com.br (old radiobrasil.com.br) i already talked with my city's radio and they told me that's the only website where i can find reliable info about what's REALLY being played in Brasil EDIT: oh, and BGDC is playing in BBB? i never watch it but i read some people sayin' they once played "Mary Jane shoes" ???

Agreed, Clumsy would be a great 5th single Overall, I think they made the correct choice by going for BGDC for the 4th single. After 3 uptempos, it's time to show that Fergie can definitely hold her own on a ballad.

Fergie, Banderas, Murphy pipe up for 'Shrek 3' Jonathan Cohen Billboard.com Apr. 18, 2007 12:00 AM NEW YORK - Fergie's cover of Heart's classic "Barracuda" and duet between Eddie Murphy (as Donkey) and Antonio Banderas (as Puss in Boots) on Sly & the Family Stone's "Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Again)" lead the soundtrack to "Shrek the Third," due May 15 via Geffen. The DreamWorks film opens three days later in U.S. theaters.
Murphy has previously sung the Monkees' "I'm a Believer" and Ricky Martin's "Livin' La Vida Loca" as Donkey on the first two Shrek soundtracks, which have sold 3.6 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
The album will also include Led Zeppelin's "Immigrant Song," Paul McCartney and Wings' "Live and Let Die," Harry Chapin's "Cat's in the Cradle," the Ramones' "Do You Remember Rock'n'Roll Radio" and eels' "Royal Pain."
Songs by Wolfmother, Macy Gray, Matt White and Trevor Hall round out the soundtrack.

She looks like she lost her way, but Fergie still manages to keep her hat intact while battling traffic on foot in L.A. on Tuesday. The singer, who's recently been spotted working up a sweat, reportedly came from a nearby meeting.

If I could have my choices, it would be #4 as either Finally or Mary Jane Shoes and then #5 as Here I Come. Those are my favorites =) I like Big Girls Don't Cry and Clumsy as choices too, just like the other ones better. This is such a strong album.... IMO one of the best albums released around this time. The entire album is very listenable and I think it's very underrated. I guess I like BGDC as a choice too since it showcases her voice and is a very personal song. Hopefully, it will do well.
What's the scoop on the video? Any info?
