I'm not really a big fan of hers or anything, but her "Barracuda" cover kicks ass. It's not really even her singing, but the track overall just freakin bangs. Damn. She didn't really do much as far as bringing something new, but the track bangs. yeah she didnt really put a fergie touch on it or anything but the songs is great as it is!

Wow, Big Girls Don't Cry is so amazing, it's in my top 5 for sure. It's very touching to me, the words hit me in different ways, even being a guy, this is her best song yet IMO, I might have to go pick up her CD. Bravito Fergie Bravito. Simply amazing vocals, pitch, and tone, Fergie ROCKS!

Wow, almost 2 million copies in sales off the strength of 2 singles is an accomplishment. What is she doing now? Is Big Girls Don't Cry the 3rd single?

May 22, 12:41 PM EDT Fergie Says Tour a Confidence Booster
NEW YORK (AP) -- Although she's performed for thousands of fans as part of the Black Eyed Peas, Fergie says she was a bundle of nerves when she decided to strike out on her own tour.
"I had fears all the way," she told The Associated Press on Monday. "I was nervous at first getting onstage without my guys ... having a show be all my material. Now I'm getting more comfortable with it and I'm having fun with it."
Fergie will bring the fun to fans starting this week with the Fergie Verizon VIP Tour that will run nationwide through July. The 32-year-old singer said the tour is "fulfilling my lifelong dream right now."
"And I'm finally proving to myself that I can handle the stage," she said. "With this, I'm taking the lead, so it's finding out what I can do."
Fergie became a star when she joined the Black Eyed Peas four years ago and they went on to multiplatinum success with songs such as the Grammy-winning "My Humps" and "Where Is the Love."
But she didn't release her own album until last fall. So far, "The Dutchess" has sold more than 1 million copies, thanks to hits such as the club jams "Fergalicious" and "London Bridge."
However, Fergie, whose real name is Stacy Ferguson, said the success of more introspective songs such as "Glamorous" and her latest song, "Big Girls Don't Cry," have meant the most to her.
"`London Bridge' and `Fergalicious' were definitely more surface songs," she said. "I have a very serious side as well, and it's completely different, and you don't know whether people are going to embrace that or not."
The tour is special because "I'm doing a lot of personal songs, and it's letting people in, letting people in to the softer side."
Still, Fergie hasn't gotten too soft. She and Nelly Furtado had a brief war of words that had people buzzing. Fergie said it was blown out of proportion: "I've talked about it, I'm done talking about it ... I think both of us have careers and we can rely on our talent."
These days, Fergie seems to be focusing on the positive.
"It's hard for me to complain right now, because life can't get much better," she said. "I'm just enjoying this moment.

BGDC deserves to go #1 just like Fergilicious did, I like them both way better than Glamorous and London Bridge.

She's turning more and more Native American with age. How does Fergie keep her body in tip-top shape? She credits "being onstage with the guys and jumping around." But she also throws in some real legwork--on a treadmill. "That's what I like to do," she says of exercising on an incline, "because you can really do some isolation behind the legs and the booty." She needs to work on strengthening her bladder and urethra. ROFL at these quotes from page 1!!

Did everyone hear about Fergie making a fool out of herself by confronting Nelly Furtado at the Grammys? Very disappointing!

I read somewhere that Fergie and Nelly squashed their beef. Nelly said something on AT40 last week about them talking about it & everything. She didn't say she had big love for Fergie or anything but it sounded as though the "beef" was over.

Fun, free and so FergaliciousBy DEMORRIS A. LEE Published June 2, 2007 CLEARWATER - At 3:10 p.m. Friday, the 300-strong crowd started its chant: "Fergie! Fergie! Fergie!" Ten minutes later, the object of its affection emerged and walked to a small makeshift stage sandwiched between two oak trees outside a strip mall on Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard. "Clearwater!" one of America's best known pop princesses said into a wireless microphone as she crowded on stage with two guitar players, a keyboard player, a drummer and two dancers, before launching into her hit "Glamorous." Even Friday's rain couldn't dampen the enthusiasm of the crowd -- mostly diehard fans who had heard of the pop diva's free show via the radio, the Internet or a placard that Verizon Wireless employees waved for hours Friday outside the company's store on Gulf-to-Bay just east of the U.S, 19 overpass. Wide-eyed little girls and their parents, who were just as wide-eyed, mixed with male fans such as Shane Foster, who said he was "eager to see if she was as fine in person as she was on those videos." Apparently, the crowd thought she was. Fergie, born Stacy Ann Ferguson, didn't disappoint. She sang three songs smoothly and effortlessly. The breakout artist from the band the Black Eyed Peas was dressed in a pair of pin-striped stretch pants accented by black patent leather ankle boots and a thin lavender scarf around her neck. Fergie was scheduled to take a bigger stage later Friday at Ruth Eckerd Hall for a concert that, like the parking lot gig, was a product of her marketing contract with Verizon. Tickets to the evening concert were also free to fans who qualified because they had bought ring tones, phone wallpaper or any other "Fergalicious" gear. "This is a way for us to partner with a popular artist and at the same time showcase our technology," said Chuck Hamby, Verizon Wireless spokesman for the Florida region. "You get the marriage of technology and artist." Fergie didn't cause a traffic hazard along Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard, one of Clearwater's central east-west corridors, thanks to a small security force hired by Verizon to keep traffic flowing. Foster and his girlfriend, Kylie Webster, both 18 and from Palm Harbor, were on their way to a late lunch when they saw the placard saying Fergie was coming to the Verizon store. "We had to skip the food. I'd rather see Fergie than eat any day," Webster said. After singing the popular Glamorous, Fergie, her long blond locks dangling below her shoulders, slowed it down with her newest release, Big Girls Don't Cry. With the base drum thumping so diligently that it made your head bob, she then launched into her final song, Fergalicious. The rain-soaked crowd jumped to the beat, often singing the lyrics as loudly as Fergie's crisp voice. After the three-song treat, the crowd, wet hair and clothes and all, stood in line for autographs. Asked whether it was worth it, Elizabeth Lurie of Clearwater said, "Absolutely. I loved it," after getting an autograph. On her way to work, she had seen the placard saying Fergie was going to perform in the parking lot. She left work early, went home and got her 10-year-old daughter, Jessica. What was the best part about Fergie's performance? "That she was here," beamed Jessica, as she hung on to her autographed poster.
