Aly & AJ second album will hit stores July 10th
And the single will come out sometime in May.
Can't for this cause I loved "Into The Rush"
In an interview they said the album will be more mature and rock sounding.

 I would never admit in RL that I'm a big fan of them, but Chemicals React as a jam. On The Ride & Rush were pretty good too. I'm very interested in seeing how they sound on this CD if they're going for a more mature sound.

The first single "Pontential Break Up Song" premieres today @ 2pm eastern time on radio disney.

I just heard the song and its good.
Its more electronic than thier previous pop-rock stuff.
I cant wait to hear the rest of the album.

It's a good song! I'm excited for this album. "Into the Rush" was a solid debut, but I'm expecting this album to be even better.

BURBANK, Calif., May 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Aly & AJ are in the studio putting the final touches on Insomniatic, the much anticipated follow up to their platinum selling Into the Rush. The first single, "Potential Breakup Song," unveils a new sound for Aly & AJ which adds a distinct rhythmic element to their signature rock/pop songwriting. The marketing campaign is already in full swing. Immediately following the release of Insomniatic, Aly & AJ will embark on a nationwide summer tour headlining amphitheatres and festivals. They also star in the upcoming MTV movie Super Sweet 16: The Movie which premieres July 8 on MTV. Aly & AJ are certainly accustomed to keeping busy schedules. The success of Into the Rush was the fruit of the labor of countless hours of promotion and press Aly & AJ poured into their project. From being # 2 most added at Top 40 radio with "Rush" to appearances on Good Morning America, Live with Regis & Kelly, CD USA, America's Got Talent, TRL, Cribs and Punk'd, and features from Blender to Seventeen, this was just the beginning. Their debut album "Into the Rush" was a really good album, and had some serious Top 40 contender songs on it. Looking at the buzz and pre-sale numbers of "Insomniatic" vs. "Into the Rush", they are not near as good. The first single from the album "Potential Breakup Song" is not getting as high ratings as "Rush" did on Disney radio in it's first 4 weeks on the RD network playlist, and this is a good indicator. The fans will, of course, argue with an objective opinion ('cause that's what fans do), but,so far, this one does not look like it will be as successful as the first. However, things could change <and they have>. I heard the rest of the tracks on the album, and I am impressed.
Interestingly enough, the only Aly & AJ song which has received spins on mainstream radio in the last 5 months is the very song that they omitted from the original debut album: "Never Far Behind".
