I've pm the mods to reopen the other thread. There is no reason that we should have to discuss B'Day era in this new thread pertaining to the new album. Hopefully, they will do so. Thank you!

Justin took the smart route with this album. He paid for all of the studio sessions and tracks out of his own pocket which freed himself from his album budget which allows him to have as many videos as possible.

Timbaland recently revealed to Scratch magazine that after Beyonce listened to Justin Timberlake's last album, she wanted that FutureSex/LoveSound.
According to the super-producer, he will sit at the helm of the bulk of songs from Beyonce's forthcoming, as-yet-untitled CD. The pair, who have worked together in the past, haven't been in the studio together since "Get On The Bus" or maybe the "Jumpin' Jumpin'" remix from the Destiny's Child era. [Read more here.]

Falls off the Billboard 200 this week.

BEYONCE SET TO REMAKE AALIYAH'S 'ONE IN A MILLION' October 24, 2007. Last week MediaTakeOut.com told you that R&B singer Ciara is trying to record a duet with deceased R&B great Aaliyah (using samples from unreleased tracks). Not to be outdone, it now appears like Beyonce Knowles will be working with the legendary singer also. But instead of doing a duet with Aaliyah, Beyonce plans on remaking one of her most popular songs - One In A Million. According to an industry insider, Beyonce's camp are waiting to get the thumbs up from Aaliyah's estate before they move forward. The insider explained to MediaTakeOut.com, "[Beyonce] is looking to honor Aaliyah with the remake. If [Aaliyah's] family doesn't want it done, then it won't be done." SOURCE

^^ The source is mediaFakeout.com so I would not believe it. 9 times out of 10 they report BS. Besides, One in A Million does NOT need a remake.

"I'm supposed to be on vacation, but I've been in the studio because that's what I love to do. I don't feel like it's my job. It's a blessing for me to be able to do what I love. That's how it is for everyone who loves music. I knew it would be difficult for him because it's a part of our makeup." www.people.com/people/article/0,,20154511,00.html Baby I swear its deja vu! lol

Can't wait for some new music but I'm sure it will be a while before anything pops off. How the hell she finds the time to do that baffles me. She's still on tour, I think she's in India right now.

the whole article... Just when he thought he was out, they pull him back in. Or, in the case of Jay-Z, he pulls himself back in, girlfriend Beyoncé Knowles tells PEOPLE. The 37-year-old hip-hop star's recent unretirement from hip-hop didn't shock her too much. "I know when you love music that it's hard to get away," Knowles, 26, said recently at the launch of her Samsung B'Phone in New York. "I'm supposed to be on vacation, but I've been in the studio because that's what I love to do. I don't feel like it's my job. It's a blessing for me to be able to do what I love. That's how it is for everyone who loves music. I knew it would be difficult for him because it's a part of our makeup." And when you hear the next record he's currently working on, she says, you'll know why he cut his retirement short. "His album is incredible. I will definitely have that in my iPod," she said. "It's the best I've ever heard from him, so I'm really happy." Before kicking off her current world tour, which continues Saturday night in Mumbai, India, Knowles found time for family – in particular, her sister Solange's son Daniel. "I just finished babysitting him for a week actually," she told PEOPLE. "I took him to this dinosaur show, it was like thousands of people, and no one asked me for an autograph! They kind of respected that I was [with family]." She added: "I didn't have security. It was just me, my mother and my nephew. It's rare [to get that space], but it was so much fun." www.people.com/people/article/0,,20154511,00.html

Until the End of Time JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE & BEYONCÉ Producer(s): Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Danja Label: Jive Justin Timberlake's sixth release from solo bow "FutureSex/LoveSounds" has earned props as the first time that six tracks from one release have hit the top 40 since Michael Jackson's "Dangerous" more than 15 years ago. With Beyoncé now stripped onto "Until the End of Time," it's quite likely JT will score the tenacious set's fourth No. 1-which has already catapulted into the top five at R&B. The meandering song is clearly a tribute to Prince, with its soul-soaked guitar-driven shuffle and funkified production-think "I Would Die 4 U" on Xanax. While Timberlake's vocals are smoothed out to near anonymity, as usual, he employs recognizable falsetto amid layers of appreciably creamy harmonies. It's Beyoncé, however, that really fuels the passion of the track, with her loosest vocal performance since "Listen" from "Dreamgirls"-and Timberlake is wise enough to sprawl her vocal across the song so that it commands the lead. The mantra here: unstoppable. -Chuck Taylor
