"Shoo Be Doo" has been charting as "Shoo Be Doo (No Words)" and Nas didn't make the final cut of "Ghetto Love". Is her booklet cool? lyrics?

I love this album! Its probably her best IMO I LOVE The song Treat Me Like Your Money! I think that should have been the lead single. WIth no radio play, and hardly any promo, a lot of people probably dont even realize she has another album out.

Cool that she included Madge as one of her musical influences in the thank-you's of her album. :)
So, is the new album good? "I Try" was a great single. Where did the last one peak? (don't feel like researching. hehe)

I miss Macy's crazy ass. I remember being her only fan in middle school before and after "I Try" hehe. Still a supporter, hope she hasn't lost the insanity.
(Have to agree with SomethingKindaOoooh about the song titles like "Give Me All Your Loving Or I Will Kill You" being a little too much though.)

Macy Gray 'forced' to work with TimberlakeSinger reveals the reason she had star guest on new album Macy Gray admits she only collaborated with Justin Timberlake on her new album because she was "forced to". The singer, who has been working on her record 'Big' for the past two years, originally wanted to work exclusively with hip-hop uber-producer will.i.am, but his work with Black Eyed Peas had to take priority. And despite a string of pop luminaries lining up to duet with Gray, including Fergie, Natalie Cole and Timberlake himself, she confesses it "wasn't in the original plan". "Will and I were doing my album, then he got really, really busy with the Black Eyed Peas touring," she explained. "Then he got really in demand as a producer and had a lot of opportunities he didn't want to turn down. "So I was kind of forced to work with other people because he was so busy. "That is how I ended up going to the studio with Justin, it wasn't in the original plan but it worked out great." Gray's new album 'Big' is out now. Her new single 'Finally Made Me Happy' is out on April 16. __________________________________________________________ I'm loving "Finally Made Me Happy", and it's great that her US single is climbing the R&B chart. We missed ya, big booty!

Okay Macy, you need to release "Treat Me Like Your Money" and "Slowly" and "Get Out". Those are her best bets for any success.

Does her booklet have lyrics? No lyrics. The album is quite good though. My favorites right now are "Glad You're Here", "Get Out", "Treat Me Like Your Money" and "What I Gotta Do".

She really needs to NOT be naked because that just scared me away from EVER going to ANY of her live shows. WTF? Copying the Spice Girls world tour? SCARY.

Wow. They need to step their game up. There's plenty of tracks on her album that are radio-friendly (especially since will.i.am exec produced her album)...
