Good Lord! This girl can't get her act together! As most know, Lindsay was arrested this afternoon after getting into a car accident where she was supposedly intoxicated and under the influence of drugs. All people in the car, including herself, suffered minor injuries.

This is a real shame. Lindsay has tremendous potential, but the past three years have proven devastating to her career. Can't she just stay away from the parties? Is it that hard, even in the spotlight? She's a talented actress who has true star-quality, but she's throwing her life away.

If charges are pressed against her, she could face jail time.

Drugs Found In Lohan's Car!!!

Things have just gotten worse for Lindsay Lohan!

After being busted by police and charged with DUI, the LAPD are now revealing that cocaine was found in the troubled pAArty girl's car.

Though it seems like everyone in Hollywood does it, cocaine is illegal, bitches.

Officers believe that Lindsay was speeding - under the influence of drugs/alcohol - and lost control of her car on Saturday morning. The car hit a crashed into a curb and a tree on Sunset Blvd, and Lohan was taken in another car to the Century City hospital.

Police received a 911 call about the accident after Lindsay abandoned her banged up Mercedes and fled the scene of the incident.

Officers "tracked Ms. Lohan to the local hospital, where she was ultimately placed under arrest" for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Lohan was cited and released. She faces serious drama when the matter heads to court. In addition to the drunk driving dilemma, she will also face felony criminal charges for the illegal narcotics in her car.

We're guessing Lindsay's gonna be paying another trip to rehab very very soon.

I'm done defending her as a person. She isn't going to get better unless she shuts up and stays in rehab for a few years. I love her music and her movies are neat, but she's a screw-up now.

Right after the success of Mean Girls, Lindsay really went downhill. When the movie was released in theatres back in spring of 2004, I was a sophomore in high school. That's all anyone talked about...Lindsay Lohan. All the guys (me included) thought she was really hot.

But instead of escalating her career with another hit movie, she turned into a party animal that relied on bad media to keep her name in the spotlight. In the past three years she has not had one successful movie. And she continues to deter her reputation by doing the stupidest things. The girl is 21 years old...she's not a teenager anymore. This shit doesn't work anymore!

Lindsay has checked back into rehab for a second time. Supposedly she's recovering at the same place Britney recovered.

Unconfirmed reports say Lindsay partied so hard on Sunday that she passed out outside of a club in Hollywood.

Why must this girl party so much?

Although it's sad that Lindsay's bad media run-ins (drugs, car accidents, relationships) have overshadowed her career, I do believe she's taking the steps to further her movie career. While none have been a major hit, indies like "A Prarie Home Companion" and "Bobby" were great choices. "Just My Luck" pretty much sucked, but hey, she got to play an older character in that.

In terms of this year, while "Georgia Rule" was bashed because of Lindsay's 'warning letter', I thought her (as well as Jane & Felicity) did good in the film, as uneven as it was.

Up next, "I Know Who Killed Me" and "Chapter 27"?

Lindsay Lohan Celebrates 21st Birthday on the Beach

It wasn't a Las Vegas blowout, but Lindsay Lohan did get a party for her 21st birthday after all: After a low-key weekend, the actress celebrated her big day at a small beachside residence in Malibu late Monday afternoon.

Guests, casually dressed in summer beach attire, included Lohan's younger brother Dakota, 11, sister Ali, 13, and onetime smooching partner Calum Best, who munched on chips near the barbeque grill and chatted with a group of friends.

Mom Dina, who recently told PEOPLE that Lohan would be enrolling in Promises' extended care program, was photographed entering the property carrying what could have been a present for her daughter: a red bag from Cartier.

While friends stayed cool outside on sofas and lounge chairs under large umbrellas, a bikini-clad Lohan stayed indoors, occasionally peeking through the house's open back door to glance at the group of about 30 photographers camped out on the beach.

Outside the house was a patio area with large white candles near the tables, as well as hammocks, a barbeque pit and a volleyball net (which Ali and Dakota used to play tennis). Music - including Beyonce's "Irreplaceable" and a remix of Rihanna's "Umbrella" - blared from loudspeakers, catching the attention of several beachgoers as they walked near the party house.

Lohan also marked her big day with a little gift-giving of her own: As the sun set, her bodyguard Jaz carried five boxes of cheese and pepperoni pizza to the paparazzi, and announced that they were from the birthday girl herself, "with love." In between bites, that photographers yelled in unison: "Thank you, Lindsay!"
