NOTES: [/li][li] The extras appear to be the national optional extras, not exclusive to KIIS. [/li][li] Ryan noted the track record they've had with Out Of The Box selections. I think he said that about 10 have hit #1 and 27 have made the 10. Given it's current downward spin trends, I'd be surprised if the current one makes the chart. [/li][li] Jesse McCartney was a guest in the studio and performed an acoustic version of "Beautiful Soul" for the show.

How many OOTB's have failed to make top 40?
More important, how many songs that were supposed to make top 40 has Ryan screwed over?

"Slow" "I'm Not in Love" "Be The Girl" "She Said" "Walking With A Ghost"
Still waiting to hit top 40
"When it Comes" "O" "Switch"
Songs that hit Top 40 on R&R, but not AT40
"I'm Shakin" "100 Years" "Vertigo" "Slow" "I'm Not in Love"

This was nothing but a recycled bit from his morning show. You can even hear Ellen K laughing in the background.

More important, how many songs that were supposed to make top 40 has Ryan screwed over? I may be wrong but I thought Ryan screwed Kiley Dean as well. Didn't "WHO WILL I RUN TO?" make the Top 40 at one point? Also, if they are counting these picks' success rate, why call the feature "out of the box"? "Pick Hit of the Week" or "Download of the Week" would be much better. Are songs really in a box? ???

Kiley debuted on the last real AT40 chart. She fell off the next week even though she wasn't supposed to so we could hear In Da Club, Bring Me to Life, and Where is the Love for the 20 billionth time.

I received a request to post the entire show in my usual format. My above post has been edited to include the full chart.
