Rock Show is pretty fab - but it might not make the album, or so I've heard.
Beautiful Dirty Rich most likely will though since it's the song that put her on the map.

It was the first song she 'released' - I mean it wasn't a huge hit or anything but clubs in the Lower East Side were playing it and she was performing it with her weird outfits and that got her a bit of attention. Then Just Dance came out and is obviously the jam of the summer whether pop radio agrees or not  |

I didn't know that either. Beautiful Dirty Rich is my favorite song I've heard from her. I was hoping it would be the next single.

OHMYGOD. FANTASTIC. Lady Gaga Performing on So You Think You Can Dance Lady Gaga will perform on the Results Show of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE, on Thursday July 17th. Catch her performance of "Just Dance" right before America's vote is revealed! The show will air live at 9-10 EST/PST on FOX also she is performing on the Miss Universe Pageant on July 13th (on NBC) the world is not ready for that disco stick.  |

I hope this is THE performance.
I don't care if she's a one-hit wonder - something has got to get this girl's vision to the big scene, if only for a couple of months.
The fact that a perfect pop song that is even US radio friendly is taking what? over three months? to become a hit is a crime.

If you’re anything like me, you live for beauty pageants — the swimsuits, the evening gowns and those oh-so-amazing interview segments. For my money, the very best of the lot is Miss Universe, where they trot out not just American beauties but also equally enchanting young ladies from exotic far-flung places like the Dominican Republic, Vietnam and (wait for it) Kosovo.
So I was super-excited last night as I parked myself in front of the TV with a bowl of popcorn and a huge DC (that’s Diet Coke for the uninitiated) for a night of preposterous preening, antiquated talents and (let’s be honest) shameful sexism. But what I didn’t expect was the funniest musical performance since Spinal Tap! If you were watching, you know what I’m talking about.
During the show, hosts Mel B and Jerry Springer (see, this is why I love pageants) introduced “worldwide superstar” Lady Gaga to perform alongside the ladies as they modeled their swimsuits. The results were magnificent. But if you found yourself wondering, “Just who is this twitching, blond superhero from the future (or past)?,” well, here’s a piece we did about the artist a few months back. And yes, she was just as much fun with our Kim Stolz as she was on the Miss Universe stage.

i don't usually watch the show, have they mentioned her performance tonight on the show or in promos? it'd be weird if she didn't perform tonight if it was already mentioned on air.

I don't think they usually say who the musical guest is until the actual day. They haven't mentioned anything about her, but then again they haven't mentioned anything about anybody else either, and there is always a musical guest.

She did not perform tonight, though the cable system says she is suppose to. As long as she is on July 31st, that is cool.

"Disco Heaven" leaked recently from the album. Good song. Would like to know if this whole album is gonna leak? I haven't seen a tracklisting of the album either anywhere.

^As in songwriting or dueting? She said she 'wrote and recorded' two songs with Britney. Maybe she does background vocals? I wouldn't expect a duet. |
