If true, this is a pretty good lineup.

Oooh, cool. I was a little disappointed that she wasn't on the most recent "Country sings Disney" compilation, but this would be even better since it sounds more mainstream--I hadn't even heard of most of the songs on the Country Disney CD. Any guesses on whether Carrie's track will be "album only" on iTunes? EDIT: I guess these are some of the stars on the CD? lovebscott.sharenow.com/2008/07/23/disney-calling-stars/

^ oh wow-- thanx for getting more info. Wikipedia has an alleged lineup too- but I wasn't sure it was accurate. looks like it is! Guys-- you HAVE to watch this video. Someone did it as a montage of Carrie's Voices Carry cover- and jessica simpson. lol Not appropriate for this board or as a discussion topic. -dudleyyoutube.com/watch?v=9IHSd1vXuogEDIT: here is the tracklist from wikipedia, if true: Princess DisneyMania is the first volume in the Princess DisneyMania series. It will be released on September 30, 2008. [edit] Track listing Demi Lovato - "Just Around the Riverbend" (Pocahontas) Kaycee Stroh - "Beauty and the Beast" (Beauty and the Beast) Beyonce - "Part of Your World" (The Little Mermaid) Pussycat Dolls - "I Won't Say (I'm in Love)" (Hercules) Katharine McPhee - "She's in Love" (The Little Mermaid) Taylor Swift - "Home" (Beauty and the Beast) Hilary Duff - "My Strongest Suit" (Aida) The Cheetah Girls - "Kiss the Girl" (The Little Mermaid) Meaghan Martin - "Someday My Prince Will Come" (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs) Aly & A.J. - " A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes" (Cinderella) Ashley Tisdale - " With a Smile and a Song" (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs) Alicia Keys - "Reflection" (Mulan) Anna Maria Perez - "True Love's Kiss" (Enchanted) Rihanna & Chris Brown - "A Whole New World" (Aladdin) Carrie Underwood - "So This is Love" (Cinderella) [edit] References Amazon.com

I thought this article from the NYDAILYNEWS was interesting. I like how they acknowlegde Carrie with "Respected".

Miley is such a marketing powerhouse at present (apparently she represents a 1 BILLION dollar empire now) that any hookup with her could be very good for business indeed. Miley is purported to be tight with Taylor, but some sort of project with Carrie would certainly be a possibility I would think.

If I remember right, that last two times I've seen Miley on a country awards show(see WHAT), she gave Carrie the award. I think there's a friendly connection between the two.

Haha, first in one of the Hannah Montana episodes, there is a Carrie mention....I think Carrie was presenting an award to Hannah. Also Miley has presented 2 or maybe 3 awards to Carrie. Lastly Miley has said in interviews that she loves Carrie. If I find the interview I will post it. If this is true, a collaboration seems very possible?.?.?

lol yeah in one miley episode her dad rushes her on stage saying "CARRIE UNDERWOOD is already on!"
I think a duet would be amazing. Miley presented Carrie her first ever CMA Female Vocalist award....
LAST NAME JUST CAME ON TOP 20 ON 20 :)

Well, let me be the first in this thread to say "No, thanks" to a hypothetical Carrie duet with Miley Cyrus. I don't care how popular Miley Cyrus is, I would much rather hear Carrie singing with artists who bring a lot more to the table as, well, artists. In the past year or so, Carrie has sung with the likes of Lindsey Buckingham, Keith Urban, Vince Gill and Brad Paisley. That's the kind of duet company I would rather see Carrie keep. But it's nice of Jim Farber to single out Carrie as a respected country star.

I would think Miley would chose Taylor anyway...Taylor is making a cameo in her movie so they seem closer.
And in the long run I would agree with Dudley. Dueting with Miley wouldn't enhance Carrie's artistic development at all...just her commercial one possibly.

Wow guys, it was just a discussion. Miley and Carrie have an awards show connection. But, if Carrie were to do a cameo in one of her many upcoming films(that's where I think she'll eventually go), I can see an upside to that.

I'm suprised this hasn't hit 3million yet. Since her debut sold so well....I guess i thought i'd be closer to SH by now. Oh well....
But yes a Miley/Carrie duet would do well for MILEY. But if i had my personal choice i'd go for a Diana DeGarmo and Carrie duet...but that's just me. lol

It took SH over two years to get to 7X platinum. With today's cd sales being what they are, I'm happy if this cd gets to the 3X level. In any case, Carrie's two cds are what I or anyone would consider very successful. Most artists would love to have their first two cds sell like this. jmo

Carrie's initial thoughts on JAD. Turn your speakers on before entering the page. You can hear it at my site on my newly added featured page "Carrie Says".

since we are slow for some carrie news, it looks like she is LA before her Konocti show tomorrow www.celebrity-gossip.net/celebrities/hollywood/carrie-underwood-helps-the-homeless-205036/cute pics as well"Though she’s enjoyed a meteoric rise to fame, Carrie Underwood is still all about remembering where she came from and taking good care of her family.
The American Idol princess was spotted treating a few family members to a swanky lunch out in Beverly Hills at Il Fornaio restaurant before heading over to the North Face store to pick up some outdoor items. Carrie even stopped to help out the homeless along the way."

It is good to see Carrie out and about in LA and enjoying herself. She has a huge Fall touring schedule coming up and I'm sure her summer is chock full of work for other ventures that she will be doing. I feel quite sure us fans are going to be treated to all sorts of exciting news about projects she is working on this summer.

I don't like that picture cuz it looks staged (even though we know it's not) and ppl might take it the wrong way... but she's really a sweetheart... hope ppl don't think it's a publicity stunt...
